Ugh. I'm not particularly a fan of Celine Dion but was she too busy for the Olympics that she couldn't headline something? Or Shania Twain? Hell I'd even rather listen to The Barenaked Ladies. |

Celine is busy trying to get pregnant. That's why she didn't come to the opening ceremonies. I'd take Shania, Jann Arden or anyother over NB & Avril. |

That skating "exhibition" sucked! NBC only televised 5 performances which were spread out over 3 hours! :flipoff: |

Im hoping the Slovakians take the mens hockey bronze. They deserve it for the run they gave us for our money last night. The way Finland got pwned by the USA, they dont deserve jack. |

It totally sucked and even worse, other than the Canadians at the end it hardly seemed like anyone was having fun out there. Remember the good old days when you'd get a Surya Bonaly backflip at least? But just so you know the full skating exhibitions are airing on MSNBC tomorrow from like 6 am to noon EST. |

I am with you in being sick of her! I mean great she won a gold and a bronze, but there's other athletes they can focus on already. I mean there's a nordic combined guy who got THREE medals who hasn't gotten any attention at all. The US men's bobsled team won gold for the first time in like 62 years! Lindsey wasn't even the most decorated skier at the games after Bode's awesome performance. |

I <3 Bode! Sure he's an ass sometimes, but he's real and I love that he follows his OWN path! There were PLENTY of other Americans that did better then her, look at Mancuso, her own teammate that always gets overshadowed by her because she always crashes....this isnt NASCAR! |

One of my all time favorite Olympic moments was when Surya, in her long program, knew she was retiring from amatuer competative staking, knew she had not a shot at a medal, and felt the judges were unfair towards her and threw an illegal backflip into her Olympic long program (shocked the shit out of everyone) and then ended her routine with her back to the judges. You could've heard a pin drop in the figure skating world and I loved it! |

Love her too..and her outfits were always out there. I think she was penalized for them too! Wasn't she the one who didnt skate with tights and had to make this fake tights material OVER her skates so the judges wouldnt mark her down for not wearing them? |
