I barely even remembered Melrose Place was going to be new. I literally looked it up on TFC a few minutes before it started.

I don't know how Ostroff can justify keeping either of these shit shows with ratings like this.

Gossip Girl also was tanked by the break, not that it was doing well either. But it was a huge mistake to keep these shows in repeats for so long. Either order more episodes or they need to stop beginning their season so soon. It's been what? Three months since the last episode? When I watched the "Previously On..." preview for Melrose I was so shocked bc it seemed like I watched that crap decades ago.

I am over Melrose. Watching last nights episode felt like a chore.

Anywho....I hope these numbers help build a case for 'Life Unexpected'

90210 wasn't to bad last night, MP on the other hand was quite shitty especially the ending where Auggie and Violet are shown on a motorcycle in a bad CGI scene on some desert road somewhere finally exiting the show.... :shame:

I forgot Parenthood was even on seeing as I'm a fan of The Good Wife.

Yeah, I was bored with it too. And with the break, I really don't care anymore. Cancel away, please and thank you. FREE KATIE CASSIDY!

I LOVED how Auggie was able to clean out his apartment overnight. I want to hire his movers, lol.

Me too!

I was so shocked and confused when Riley opened the door and the entire apartment was empty. I guess V&A threw all their shit on the moving truck since there was no room on that motorcycle for that big pink bag that Violet was packing near the end.

It's sad that the network is run by such a moron.

I think the break really made me lose all interest in Melrose Place. Plus the fact that I'm pretty certain it's going to be canceled. Like Nubia said, watching last night was a total chore. I barely paid attention. Lost was great though last night. That show is totally going out in a high note.

CW fucked it up from day one. Melrose should've never been on a Tuesday night. After awhile, they should've moved it when they saw it wasn't working. Then they keep their shows off the air for over 3 months? What do they expect? Morons.

Seriously, this is why that network will never amount to anything and it's why pretty much most of their shows fail. That is not how you build a network and become successful. You need to be smart and make adjustments, if needed. If they need a blueprint, they should take a hard look at how Fox built itself up over time.

It's sad but I accepted back in November that Melrose was a goner. I wish someone like Soapnet or something would take a chance on it and market it but I think so much air has been taken out of it that no one will want to even bother.

I really want to know who she gave head to to come out the winner in this situation.

We're going to merge the moderately sucessful WB with the epically failing UPN. But we're going to give the chief job of the new network to the head of the failing network instead of the other guy. Umm, ok?? :drunk:

If they'd given The WB another 5-10 years it could have been another FOX level network.
