From Monet's SuperPass interview... Posted Image - She considers herself to be a fierce competitor, but she doesn't want to come across as too competitive in the beginning. "There's nothing I'm afraid of. I'm a competitor. I might be a force to be reckoned with during the challenges, but I don't want to come off as too fierce of a competitor too soon, because that puts a target on your back. I don't want HOH the first week. It puts a huge target on your back." - She has no doubt that she will win the $500,000 prize. "I honestly believe that I'm going to win Big Brother 12. I can play dirty. I'm pretty manipulative and I think I can get people to do what I want to be done while keeping my hands clean." - She's single, but she's not looking for a showmance in the house. However, she's willing to flirt with the guys and tell them what they want to hear if it furthers her game. - She doesn't plan to move out of her parents house anytime soon. "I live at home and I love it. I have it really good there and I don't wanna leave. My parents are stuck with me." - She says the most difficult part of living in the Big Brother house will be not having people around who cater to her. "I won't have anyone there to do things for me that are usually done for me at home." (For example, her parents still do her laundry.) - She's very nervous about the twist and what it might be. - If she ends up in the jury house, she plans to vote for who played the best game instead of holding grudges and taking things personally. She believes the stress of the Big Brother house makes people act in ways they normally wouldn't in real life. |

Ugh they all say they'll vote for the best player and not hold grudges... BULLSHIT. And frankly, not being such a huge douche that you piss everyone off or otherwise alienate them is good gameplaying! |

From Matt's SuperPass interview... Posted Image - He's a huge fan of Big Brother. "I've seen every episode since season 1." He's applied to be on the show numerous times in the past and he's even gotten some callbacks. "I wait for May and sometimes the phone rings and sometimes it doesn't." - "Honest as shit, I don't know why they picked me. I'm waiting to get into the house just to see why the fuck they picked me. I did the exact same thing [in my audition tape] that I've done every single year and it was not anything exciting." He was supposed to be on Season 11 but the finale conflicted with his wedding date so he had to drop out of the cast. - He calls himself a "nerdy tech computer guy." - He and his wife were pro-contraception and "almost abstinent" during the months of January and February just to make sure she didn't get pregnant. "We couldn't be breeding. The wedding ruined the last thing and I was like, 'this is not getting fucked up again.' I could not have her birthing right around mid-September, it just could not happen. I'm a super-fan of this show. I plan my fertility around it!" - He's a people person. "I tend to be the most intellectual person in a room of people. I love to people-watch and kind of gauge other people in conversation, just to see how they think and live. Even if I don't like certain types, it's still entertaining to be around them." - He likes to say "fuck" alot. - He wants to make quick connections with other people in the house. "Within the first 24 - 36 hours, I want to have a genuine conversation with every person in the house. Nothing about the game... just talk to them about them and about me. I could give a shit less about these people or the conversations we'll be having but I can't let them know that." According to him, ass-kissing is less obvious if you get to know someone from the very beginning. - He thinks the first week will be the hardest part. After that, it'll be "butter." - When he's in the house, he plans to forget about his family for three months and focus solely on the game. "Even something that's supposed to be a reward [like a letter from home] could get in your head and fuck you up." |

From Britney's SuperPass interview... Posted Image - Britney is a huge fan of the show. She's watched since Season 1 when she was only fourteen years old. Her favorites are Janelle and Dr. Will. "They were funny. They cracked me up all the time." Her favorite season was All-Stars. - "Being on the show is surreal. I can remember when I was home how into it I was and how stressed out about it I would be all the time. And to think that people will be stressing out about me now, it cracks me up." - She considers herself a very argumentative person. "I may want to argue with people all the time but I'm gonna try to rein that in a little bit and not be so controlling and aggressive. I'm gonna try to only give my true opinions when I'm in the Diary Room. When I'm around everybody else I'm gonna kinda go with the consensus. I don't want to be the outcast or the person that everyone else is honing in on." - Her strategy is to never make herself the focus of the house. "I don't have to call all the shots. I don't ever have to be the quarterback. I'll be the lineman or the waterboy." - If she wins the show, she plans to donate some of the money to charity (autism awareness, reading programs, etc.) and gain financial independence so she doesn't have to ask her parents for monetary help anymore. - She loves gay people. "I love my gays. Love 'em! I have been blessed with amazing, amazing friends. Some of them are homosexual guys and they crack me up all the time. They're so hysterical. Just the things that they say crack me up. Gossiping with them is one of my favorite things to do." - The most difficult part of living in the Big Brother house for her will be sharing a bathroom. "I'm just gonna have to grin and bare it but it's definitely not something I'm excited about." - She has an irrational fear of birds. "Just talking about them stresses me out. Like... it's a medical condition phobia. It's not, 'Oh that's cute, she's scared of birds.' No. It's like... terror, panic attacks, death, devastation, world-ending absolute panic. I HATE birds. I cannot remember a time in my life that I haven't been terrified of birds." - "I have a personality you wouldn't expect. I'm very sarcastic all the time. I have a dry personality. I say things that are completely politically incorrect. I have no filter. People always expect me to be sweet and quiet -- the little blond girl. That's not what you get at all. I'm very loud and commanding. I say the most offensive things." |

This part makes me think he's NOT the mole. He's clearly going into the house with the intention of winning the $500,000 prize. The saboteur isn't eligible for that. So who the hell is it then? |

This part makes me think Britney could be the mole. She seems very adamant about not calling attention to herself, despite her boisterous personality. |

From Hayden's SuperPass interview... Posted Image - He considers himself a very athletic, sporty guy. He loves baseball, football and snowboarding. - He sounds nothing like you would expect. He speaks very quickly and his voice reminds me a little bit of Ronnie's. His mouth is weird. He comes across as very laid back and brainless. Typical meathead jock. - He's only seen one season of Big Brother, and that was BB11. - He says the most difficult part of living in the BB house will be being around people he doesn't agree with 24/7. When asked about how he plans to deal with that, he says "I don't have a choice. I was raised to be polite all the time. That's kinda how I grew up. I don't understand how you can NOT be courteous sometimes. It blows my mind. How I'm gonna react to that... I'll tell 'em how I feel. I'll voice my opinion. I'm always forward." - "I'm not a neat freak but I like things sanitary. If somebody leaves their dishes in the sink, I'll be like, 'Dude! They're YOUR dishes, can you clean them up?!'" - He grew up in the country. His parents are divorced. He has a sister and an adopted brother. - It doesn't bother him when people have negative opinions of him. "I'm confident enough in myself that I don't care what other people think. If you don't like me, you know... whatever. Your loss." - He isn't afraid of conflict. "It's a game. I'm there to win, obviously. I'm not afraid of conflict at all." - If he wins the show, he plans to donate money to Athletes in Action. - "My strategy is to go in there and talk to some of the female contestants to get them on my side and align with at least one strong male competitor." |

Um... no. He's actually not attractive at all. In pictures he looks semi-cute, but in motion... not so much. He actually looks like Ronnie a little bit in the face, LoL. |

Wow, great question!! I was just discussing this with a friend of mine (also Orthodox) to make sure I had all of the details right. So basically, there are two issues. First of all, being paid. You're not allowed to be paid specifically for something you do on the Sabbath, but you can be paid for something which incidentally includes the Sabbath. For example, if someone works at a daycare center, and the boss asks them to do overtime on a Saturday, that's not allowed. But, if someone is hired as a two-week babysitter to watch the kids of someone who's away, and they get paid $500 or whatever for 2 weeks, that is ok and they don't have to find someone else to watch the kids on the Sabbath. Or, let's say someone is paid $500 to housesit for a friend for the summer - that's fine and they don't have to leave the house on the Sabbath. So, with Andrew, it's kind of a grey area, but if he's being paid weekly to just kind of be there for the summer, it could very well fall into the 'housesitting' category. (Orthodox Jews usually ask their Rabbi questions like this, because Rabbis are experts in Jewish Law. I'd have to assume he asked his.) But, the filming is a different issue. One thing you're not allowed to do on the Sabbath is be filmed or photographed on purpose. Meaning, if you go to the park and someone is taking panoramic shots of the whole park, you don't have to leave if you'll happen to be in the frame. Or, if you walk into a building that has security cameras, that's ok since they really don't care if you're in the video or not. With Big Brother, even though it may seem like the security camera model, it might not be, since they will watch you specifically and edit a show out of what you're doing. So, in that way it might not be ok, though perhaps Andrew's rabbi decided that for whatever reason, BB is more the 'security camera' model. |
