If that's true, then why the hell was Jessie inflicted upon us two summers in a row? |

After all... tomorrow is another day!

Most of Allison's comments sound like platitudes but I like what she mentioned about the house. Either beach themed or like a summer camp, that should be a lot of fun. I'd love it if they went so far with a summer camp theme to actually have some of the HGs have to sleep in sleeping bags or a tent outside, some get cots, some get bunk beds and some get real beds. |

That's how it used to be back in the day. I remember several houseguests having to sleep on cots and in sleeping bags. No one was stuck sleeping in the backyard though, LoL. There was also last year's Have Not room. I agree with you though, a summer camp/beach theme sounds fun. |

LoL, you can't have a show without the "villains." I understand what you're saying though though. Jessie was pretty insufferable -- especially last season. If it wasn't for the Coup D'etat, I probably would've thrown in the towel by week five. |

So... there's a girl on Twitter named Shantrice Wilkerson (MrsTriceyBaby) who tweeted this yesterday:She probably won't be picked since she tweeted about it, but her Twitter gives some insight into one of the "types" they're trying to cast this year. Here's her picture and a few more tweets... Posted Image

I think she would annoy me with all the yapping about God and basketball, but I'd certainly enjoy making fun of her. Something about foul-mouthed bitches who preach about God in between their boozing and sexing really amuses me. Then again, my first impressions always seem to be wrong so I'd probably end up loving her, LoL. |

We need figures to mock this year; too many times we've had people that are straight up HATED. I just want to merely mock someone this year. |

Mm-hmm. I would probably end up loving her though, LoL. My first impressions are almost always wrong. I thought I would hate Janelle -- loved her. I thought I would love Daniele Donato -- hated her. I thought I would love Dick Donato -- hated him. I thought I would love Amber -- hated her. I thought I would love Dustin -- hated him. I thought I would hate Jessica -- loved her. I thought I would love Chelsia -- hated her. I thought I would love Joshuah -- hated him. I thought I would hate Dan Gheesling -- loved him. I thought I would hate Memphis -- loved him. I thought I would love Jerry -- hated him. I thought I would hate Laura -- loved her. I thought I would love Chima -- hated her. I thought I would love Lydia -- hated her. I thought I would hate Casey -- loved him. I thought I would love Natalie -- HATED her. I thought I would love Ronnie -- HATED him. The list goes on. |

Isn't it crazy how our first impressions always turn out to be wrong? LoL I can look at someone pre-show and think, "Jesus! Why did they cast this pathetic excuse for a human being? I hate them!" And by week 2, I find myself loving all the people I hated pre-show and hating all the people I loved pre-show, LoL. It's strange. That seems to happen every year. Very rarely are my first impressions accurate -- especially when it comes to people with strong personalities. |

I'm watching the BBUK launch right now and they seem to cast alot more caricatures compared to BBUS. They tend to go for crazy housemates with bizarre personalities and strange looks (ugly circus freaks, really -- attention seekers) whereas BBUS tends to go for more attractive people with severe underlying mental issues, LoL. |

For anyone interested, BBUK started tonight and the feeds are on. 14 houseguests moved in earlier. 13 were chosen by producers and one was chosen by random draw. The final houseguest (Mario) is being forced to wear a mole suit because he's acting as this season's mole. He will be sabotaging the other houseguests and doing whatever the producers tell him to do while convincing everyone that he's not the mole. If he can get everyone to believe he's not the mole (despite the suit he's wearing), he gets to stay in the house. If they figure him out, he'll be the first houseguest evicted. I think that's how it works, LoL. I don't plan on following this very closely, but it'll be a nice warm-up to BBUS. :) |

GRRRRR Im still waiting for the launch show to download. Its taking forever! Kenny, how can you NOT follow it this year. Other than being vastly superior to the US version, its the LAST ONE :'( Edited by Drew, Jun 9 2010, 06:57 PM.

I prefer the US format with HOH/POV and the houseguests voting to evict. It's much more competitive and cutthroat and strategic and mentally challenging. I wish we got a grand launch show like BBUK though. The time differences make BBUK too difficult to follow closely. |

LoL. Somebody put a muzzle on MrsTriceyBaby already. She just protected her tweets but I'm guessing that won't make a difference at this point. Meanwhile, Allison Grodner seems pretty excited about the new season.
