Victoria was definitely more enjoyable with Heather Tom in the role, although she's never been a favourite of mine. But back then, I never really "hated" her.
If you watched Passions, it's like this: Heather Tom = Liza Huber, whereas Amelia Heinle = Natalie Zea. There is a certain smug arrogance to Heinle's Vicki that I cannot stomach, whereas Tom was more upfront with Vicki's ways. The same is true about how Huber and Zea portrayed Gwen.
Also, Tom/Huber = exciting, whereas Heinle-Zea = duuuuuuulllllll.
except Zea was the better actress .....
Are you kidding me? She was awful! Like watching paint dry. Maybe she improved on Dirty Sexy Money but Gnatalie Zea was the worst actress on Passions during her stint.
Liza Huber was fantastic and brought the role to life.
Saying Natalie Zea was the worst actress on PSNS during her stint is a little much, I mean there are so many to choose from. I would think 95% of people would say Zea wasn't the worst on PSNS. Just a hunch. I didn't see much of her on PSNS, but just saying lines beats McKenzie Westmore.

Wow, now I really can't take you seriously. Mac was awesome.

Everytime Gnatalie came on screen I wanted to shoot her.

Wrong. Liza owned the role of Gwen. Gnatalie was an ugly interloper who couldn't act her way out of a paper bag. There's a reason she lasted less than 2 years in the role and was hardly ever featured: 'cause she SUCKED!!!

Oh man! I am SO tired of him playing "Indiana Bones"! That fight was pathetic! Can Grambo EVER lose a fight? And I agree about Sean Young! I was NOT impressed! :drunk:

AND I agree about Daniel Goddard's "crying"! It reminded me of my little brother's acting when he didn't want to go to school in the morning!

Cane's such a royal douche. He has no right to Mac's body. I hope Michael wipes the floor with him in court. Where is Nina? She is great at putting Cane in his place!

The feeling is mutual, saying McKenzie Westmore is awesome sounds like an oxymoron to me.

Just so you know, there is no dirty little dive bar like the one Victor's at in the real Ottawa, folks.

I would hope that there's not a bar in Canada that's being run by a washed up actress with a Catwoman fetish..... :puke:

Skye is such a terrible actress. It really annoys me how we're supposed to take her and Adam so seriously as con artists. What an awful storyline. I can't believe Maria Bell thinks we're supposed to like this.

MW was a HORRIBLE actress..and thats putting it nicely. She always seemed so fake to me.

Now Lindsay Hartley and Liza Huber on the other hand were amazing, thats why they were such fan favorites.

With respect to McKenzie Westmore, I think she was a good actress, but the writing for "Passions," overall, was so damned horrible (not to mention the atrocious dialogue!) that I don't even think that Meryl Streep could've made it truly work. Ben Masters and Juliet Mills were the only actors on that show who I witnessed that CONTINUOUSLY knocked it out of the park, regardless of what was written and how it was written. Especially those horribly over-the-top scenes (DRIPPING WITH BAD HISTRIONICS!!!!!!!! :puke: ) that she was forced to play. On the VERY FEW occasions that I did watch that ridiculous show, I was amazed at how bad it was. Sorry to insult all of you "Passions" fans out there.......all 5 of you!!
