What's a pairing? Anything, couples, rivals, friends, even parent/child. The only thing is that the characters have to be on different soaps, and it's about the characters, and not the actors. So, no saying Actor X would be a good recast for Character Y. The idea is that the fictional character would move out of the fictional town s/he now lives in, and into the fictional setting of another show. These are soaps, so feel free to change paternity or bring people back from the dead, or even pair characters from different eras. Claudia from GH and EJ from Days could've been an interesting gray couple Nicole from Days and Julian from Passions would be fun as friends, with their love of drinking and money, and comedic sides. |

I think Phyllis and EJ would be good together. |
