Quoting limited to 3 levels deep
I don't see why it matters that the Blakes were adopted, but that is true that he doesn't need to raise them, but he does need to be involved (apparently excepting Benji - I didn't see that story). He gave EJ to his daughter, and gave Zach to his other daughter when he thought he was his. If he'd known about Chad I'm sure he'd want him in the family, too.
It doesn't matter in this context of this conversation because they weren't his children first. There wasn't a choice to make about whether to keep his kids with him or not. He chose to take them in when they weren't his kids and then he made them his kids. I'm not knocking adoption or the bond it's just not the same kind of choice I'm talking about with Stefano.

He didn't raise Tony or Megan. Megan had an adopted father and a different last name. That's why no one knew she was a DiMera.
About Megan, did he always know about her or, like Lexie and Renee, did he learn about her later?

That I don't know, and the last time I tried to figure it out I couldn't find enough clips, lol. I haven't found detailed enough bios either. Where's Matt? He probably knows. I wasn't positive that he didn't know about Tony. He didn't raise him, but I was unclear on when he found out about him/met him since it was all offscreen and before we knew them.

To me, the fact that he took in the Blakes and made them his kids when they weren't would point to him being more likely to want his bioligical children in his orbit. The way he glommed onto his adult children once he realized they were his also points to that.

I don't think he knew.

another secret? Chad could be Stefano's son. It would be nice to bring Benji and all kids from Stefano's back.

The last thing Stefano Dimera needs is another child----legitimate or otherwise. However, if Chad is GAY, as some people are predicting that he is, it would be HILARIOUS for Stefano to have a gay son. DAYS is unlikely to go there, though.....

BTW: Love Lauren Koslow AND Kate................ ;)

With the 80s flashbacks, I don't see how this can have anything to do with Chad, although time never matters on this show, as we can see.

I was thinking the same thing. I mean, my daughter just graduated, and she was born in 92, so the 80s would have been over, but maybe this is a residual retcon or something. When in the 80s are we talking about?

I still think the tape is of Stefano doing porn. :whip:

My guess:

Kate and Madeline were prostitutes working for Stefano who would film l their clientele (politicians and wealthy individuals of influence) so he could blackmail them. One night something goes wrong and one other girls is killed by a client or a client is killed when he gets too violent with one of the girls and a pregnant Madeline steals the tape to use as leverage so she can get out of the life.

Whatever the storyline is, I just wish they would get on with it. I'm intrigued...still.... This story is moving so slowly snails are passing it by.

Stefano doing porn? :puke:

After all... tomorrow is another day!

Jessica Tuck and Lauren Koslow have a fun frenemy chemistry. I look forward to seeing this story develop.
