Though a "Rocky Horror Picture Show"-themed episode of "Glee" is still in the planning stages, Susan Sarandon, who starred in the original cult classic musical, already said she's game for a guest spot on the hit FOX show.

Though avid Gleeks are shivering with anticipation at the idea, nothing is a done deal just yet.

"[It would depend] what they wanted me to do," Sarandon, 63, told People.com. "I'm not really a singer, so I wouldn't be very out there. I'm a terrible singer."

In the original "Rocky Horror Picture Show," Sarandon starred as one of two lovers who run afoul of a mad-scientist drag queen (Tim Curry) and his experiments.

Following the first season's Madonna-themed episode, "Glee" is continuing the trend for the second season with several special surprises lined up. In addition to the slated "Rocky Horror" hour, an all-Britney Spears episode will feature a cameo by the pop singer.

If the episode ends up happening, Sarandon doesn't see a reason why not to drop by McKinley High.

"I don't really have a TV, but when I was on location in New Orleans, I saw ["Glee"] and I was very moved and I thought it was really well done and fun. I liked it," Sarandon said. "I'm flattered they want to do [a tribute]."

So is Glee going to have a celebrity in each episode now? They shouldn't even bother writing stories anymore... they should just cast celebs and make themed episodes...

I don't know. I'd be actually excited to see Susan show up. I was a big fan of the original movie. They do have a lot of celebrities this season.

I love Susan Sarandon. But it just seems like Glee is just focusing too much on doing these stunts, rather than creating an interesting storyline. First 9 episodes last year, before the break, had more of a story... and then they can back and started with the stunts. And season 2 will have even more of those, it seems.

I like the idea of a Rocky Horror episode as it has been such a teen thing for music geeks (myself included) for years. I wish though they would make more episodes a season to counteract the special episodes.

So, let me get this straight --- GLEE will now become a cross between a 1970s variety show with frequent musical numbers and recurring characters and the Love Boat where it's guest stars gallore?

It had been a wonderful evening and what I needed now, to give it the perfect ending, was a little of the Ludwig Van.

Rocky Horror! YEAH! I'd love to get my Time Warp on!

Thanks Casey!

I literally just bought this movie today. I haven't seen it in years, but I saw it at Best Buy. I was like, you know what I need to get this.

Hell yes! It's a classic.
Little Nell, Riff Raff, and Magenta are my absolute faves! Next to Frank-N-Furter of course! :D
