The show fell off a bit for me mid-way through last season but I'm looking forward to tonight's premiere. The reviews I've read for the first episode back have been overwhelmingly positive. |

I was a bit underwhelmed. Loved the first part, then got a bit tired of them searching for the little girl. I was NOT expecting the son to get shot at the end of the episode though. Previews for the rest of the season look promising. I just hope all the backstage drama doesn't hurt the quality. |

The premiere wasn't bad. It was a little slow in the middle but the beginning was great and the ending was fantastic. |

The second episode was much better than the premiere. Next week's looks intense. I may be the only one who thinks so, but even dirty as hell Norman Reedus is looking good. |

Tonight's episode was awful. The well scene was ridiculous. What was the point of lowering Glenn down to the bloated walker? Was the zombie supposed to grab his ankle so the two of them could be hoisted up together? Was that actually the plan? Lori's pregnancy adds a wrinkle that I'm not the least bit interested in. I don't care what happened to Sophia and I wish everyone would stop looking for her. How many episodes have been spent on this now? Four? Five? Move on already. Next week looks decent, but so far season two has been a big bore. |

ITA. There have been bits here and ther that I enjoyed, but for the most part it's been pretty boring. Who the hell would have gotten water from that well after there had been a zombie in it? They should have sealed it off from the get go. Ugh, I can't stand that we've wasted this much time looking for Sophia. Horrible! |

I loved the ending of this mid-season finale when they trashed all of the zombies in the shed, and THANKFULLY they made Sophia a zombie and we can stop the search! My husband said people in one of the threads on a forum he is into are really complaining about this season so far -- they say too much relationship stuff and not enough action. I'm undecided...any thoughts? |

They resolved the Sophia story and didn't choose the easy route and have her be found safely..I was shocked and very happy they choose to make her a zombie. |

This season should be called: "The Walking Dead: Season 2; The Search for Sophia" 7 Episodes devoted to finding Sophia, when it only took Rick 3 to find his family! I like the direction so far, but I am hoping that they move the story along now that they know what is up with Sophia... |

I can't believe it took that many episodes to build up to what we all pretty much assumed anyway. I mean, it was either Sophia was just straight up dead, or she was going to be a zombie. There was no way they'd have her alive after all this time. A couple of us actually called that Hershel might know what happened to Sophia. I will give them credit for the barn shootout scene and the Sophia reveal/kill though, I just wish it would have happened three or so episodes back. |

Is anyone still watching this show? After reading some good reviews on the last two episodes, I decided to watch them last night and, surprisingly enough, I really enjoyed them. They were a definite improvement over the first 8 episodes of the season, which were insufferably boring. Frank Darabont getting fired was the best thing that could've happened to this show. Meanwhile, this spoiler picture? Spoiler: click to toggle Shocking. |

Not really considering he was dead in the comic books way before now. lol I watch every week and always watch Talking Dead which discusses each episode. Last Sunday, they pretty much referred to The Walking Dead as a soap opera with zombies, even likening it to "The Young & the Deadless" or "One Life to Have Lived". lol |

LoL, but still. This is a TV series and he's a main player. The fact that they kept him alive this long made me think he was safe for at least the next few seasons. Apparently not. |

Spoiler: click to toggle The last two episodes are on par with the first season so I am back on board. I was beginning to lose interest after the first part of this season. The Sophia hunt was pointless and it's time to leave the farm. Edited by wiggleworm, Feb 28 2012, 11:59 PM.

Yup, I almost didn't watch the second half premiere because last fall's episodes left me less than interested. I agree about the last two episodes. They really have picked back up. |

Well, considering that I've heard he's possibly been cast as the lead in Frank Darabont's new TNT period cop drama "L.A. Noir".... |

I've definitely enjoyed the past 2 episodes. The break was good for Walking Dead. When is the finale? |
