Great to see DAYS up. That week was great with the Kate/Stefano drama. Hope's story started to heat up. The EJ/Sami stuff was good with Johnny in the mix. Last week was just really good, and this week has been even better so I hope DAYS continues to rise. The show is on the right track I think. Bummed about AMC. I think the show deserves better numbers. |

I totally agree AMC deserves way better numbers. GH is sucking to me right now so I think their numbers are deserved. I am loving B&B too but Stephanie has been MIA too long. OLTL as always is so uneven: there are signs of greatness and then its just a hot mess. Y&R is entertaining and DAYS is actually really good. |

I am glad to see that Days is still rising up!! It was nice to see them have three 2.0's in the ratings!! It makes you wonder if someone else is writing the stories right now. It seemed to have all of a sudden IMPROVED!!!! Keep it UP!! |

I agree--I think the show is really good now---I even watch most of the show when I used to ff a lot. This is the best it has been in a very long time. Let's hope the ratings continue as everything is in place! |

Days has improved significantly. I am glad that the bleeding of viewers stopped, and this week it was the only soap to gain viewers while they all lost. Granted Days is still down about 500K viewers from this time last year, but if it keeps improving and gaining viewers it should be in a better place in a few months. |

What happened Thursday and Friday that DOOL's #'s tanked like that?? They rose, Mon-Tues-Weds, and then just dropped off. Also, I'm going to gloat a little and claim (to myself anyway) that Lindsay's the reason Thursday's AMC was the highest rated of the week, since it was her real first day ;) tbh, I don't know what was going on in the other storylines, so maybe something important did happen that day, but I couldn't tell. Interesting that the rise AMC experienced on Thursday is nearly the same drop DOOL had. Probably just coincidence. Edited by blueskies, Dec 17 2010, 10:24 AM.

I am finding the stories to be moving along well, and enough of others characters coming forward to make it more ensemble. I would prefer the Hope-Bo stuff to move faster, and the organ grifting to end. |

The same thing happened last week in the ratings for DAYS. They had 2 or 3 strong days at the beginning of the week and then tanked on Thurs to Fri. Looks like that trend has carried forward to this week. It is nice to see DAYS stabalizing a bit in the ratings, they seem to have comfortable returned to the #3 spot overall in HH/Viewers. |

What has been so good about DAYS lately? I have barely watched in 2010. Maybe I will start fresh in 2011. Edited by King, Dec 17 2010, 02:02 PM.

I live in the Northeast and the weather has been awful two straight weeks Monday-Thursday and I think the weather in the Midwest and in some other places has followed a similar pattern so I think that may have something to do with it. The weather kept people indoors and then when it finally lifted people weren't around to watch. Good for Days. If they keep up what they are doing, they should continue this trend, hopefully. |

They made changes in the summer and steadily improved since summer. The past two weeks, everything has clicked. We are getting longer scenes, character interactions, history mentions galore, character history being used to further stories, stories are picking up and have a solid direction, and the EJ/Sami/Rafe story is no longer isolated from the canvas. |

Outside of Sami/Rafe/Will/Gabi/EJ, the show has been great! |

I feel bad for OLTL but I have to admit that the show is not very interesting lately so these ratings are deserved. Some stuff is happening but, for the most part, the stories are kind of meh and crawling too much. The twin paternity storyline is falling flat on its face. They really promoed it a couple weeks ago and new lows in the ratings?? It would seem viewers do not care for this story. It is just making Natalie look so bad. Brody comes off truly pathetic and that's ruined what was once a promising pairing in Brody/Jess. |

There are too many story lines on OLTL that are dragging ass! I would venture to say that aliens could be the fathers of the two babies and no one would give a rats ass. The Ford clan (including their mother) suck up too much time with no actual story. Clint as the master manipulator of the Llanview universe is getting really old. And this catty crap with Viki, Dorian and Echo is getting boring as well. I really don't get this show sometimes, it seems the only time the show is consistently entertaining is October and November :shame: |

I think OLTL has been great but I've accepted the fact that it will never do well in the ratings. The only time it seems to see substantial increases in when they do their typical month-long dramatic climaxes usually involving a supervillain (like last February with Mitch and this October with Eli). |
