I was shocked and when i saw her pic it made me so sad. She was in the in memoriam.

I'm happy that they honored the late Frances Reid. She was a great actress and a remarkable woman.

I was ssooo happy to see that the SAG recognized her. People know her as Alice Horton, but she's more than that. She's an icon, and we all love her.

Frances was very active in AFTRA (the other actor's union, which is combining with SAG later this year). It was nice to see that they included her in the memorial segment. The clip they used of her was from the pilot episode of "Days." In fact, it was the first scene ever for Alice & Tom.
