Shelley is definitely quite attractive and the nice thing about this show is young actresses like her are perfect for these characters. The CW unveils its schedule at week's end. I look for them to pair Secret Circle with Vampire Diaries. We'll see. Until then, congratulations to Shelley!!

It always seems like the actors/actresses that get treated badly at their soaps are the ones who find success later on. Update from earlier: CW's upfront presentation is Thursday. I do think Secret will be paired with Vampire Diaries because the shows are so similar. You've pretty much got a built-in audience already. I think CW will give this show a good chance, too. It isn't the CBS programming unit running the network, but they're trying to make the network more like a miniature CBS. Even if Secret doesn't make it past one season, Shelley at least has her foot in the door.

Even though I didn't care for Stephanie much,I always felt the writers could have done more for her.She was never givena chance to shine in her own storyline.It was always about Pippi and she had to settle for scenes once or twice a week. Hope this pilot is successful after being a prop for Melame on DAYS. I always enjoyed her in scenes with her parents grandma and Sami and the scenes where she is outed were amazing and really showed DAYS mis use of her talent. I went from liking her to hating how pathetic they made her to sympathiszing with her again. I just feel that they didn't do nearly as much with Stephanie as they should have and making her a pathetic loser in love is so wrong considering that she is the child of one of the greatest supercouples ever. I wish they had kept the red headed Stephanie's personality after Shelley took over the role but Oh well. I am sure she will have the last laugh.

This is her chance to grab the brass ring and parlay this role into other stuff. I'm sold on Secret Circle this fall (although The Office and Person of Interest are also in this time period), and I'll give it a shot.
