It's unclear why Cheryl is out -- but we're told the replacement happened very recently. Nicole was originally supposed to co-host the show with Steve Jones when it debuts in September -- but now, she'll be sitting on the judge's panel alongside Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul, and LA Reid. Calls to Cowell's camp have not been returned. Story developing ...

DAYS 2.) B&B 3.) GH 4.) Y&R	I can't help but feel this won't go as well as it should've. I think they waited too long to bring it over here and now they already have a shakeup. I don't know. Just something tells me the show will do well but won't be HUGE.

DAYS 2.) B&B 3.) GH 4.) Y&R	Don't get me wrong. I think it will still pull in good numbers but I'm thinking along the lines of the high water numbers The Voice seems to be pulling in. Maybe something like 12-13 million viewers.

What I wonder is if Steve Jones who also has an accent will be understood by the audience. Has there been reports anywhere about how she was on the panel with the auditions? That may give us some clues.

She totally stole the show. I loved her from then on out.
