Now that Will might not be gay, all that potential is gone for Marlena/Will powerful scenes, especially with them helping Sami deal with the news.

Dee's comments, and specifically mention Will, make me think that they're trying to throw us off from Will being the secret gay one. Unless the powerful scenes are going to deal with Will being a teenage father like Sami was and how Marlena wasn't really there for her during her pregnancy due to the Possession.

Well, if Will's not gay, they must have scrapped the story fairly quickly. Back in June, Corday said it was still on, and Dee and Camila gave interviews just last month talking about it. I can understand if they changed their mind, due to the need of younger couples on the show like Will/Gabi and Chad/Abby. I just thought it would be a powerful storyline for Chandler, Dee, Ali, Bryan, etc.

With Marlena being a psychiatrist, I just really want her in some sort of storyline helping another character coming to terms with their sexuality. Maybe "T" can be guy and Marlena has to help him deal with his homophobic family?
