I enjoyed the Pinocchio story even though initially August annoyed me. Loved the little kid that played Pinocchio, he was really good. Had the tears working and everything when he was saying goodbye to Gipetto. Love the twist about him coming through to the real world with Emma and him being responsible for her, then his failing.
I enjoyed Pinocchio's story as well. :) I also loved the reveal that Pinocchio/August was protected in the enchanted tree along with Emma, and that he was supposed to be her guide in the real world to break the curse. It puts an entirely new spin on their relationship now. I just love how the writers keep filling in the characters' stories with each episode. This is such an incredibly fun show to watch for me.

Cannot wait for the next episode with Snow and Charming. From the previews it looks like it will continue where we left off with Charming being captured up through when Snow takes a bite out of the poison apple, which is where we started in the season premiere. Looks fantastic!!! :cheer:

Josh Dallas says the season finale is gonna be epic, amazing, exciting, people might wanna throw things at the tv too, hmmm, interesting.
Yep! And here is some more about what we can expect in the season finale....

Eddie Kitsis (Co-Creator & Co-Executive Producer): "We have a finale planned that is going to be so unexpected that the audience will be left wondering what happened."
Jane Espenson (Writer & Consulting Producer): "This season finale is going to be one of the best hours of television you’re ever going to see in your life. I am blown away by it. Absolutely everything happens. The confrontations, relationship resolution.... There’s a lot going down!"
Ginnifer Goodwin: "I will tell you that you will be throwing things at the television. You will be shocked at where we're taking it!"

Hell yes! Given what I revealed a few pages back about two of the characters, I can only imagine what is in store for everyone else. Epic is definitely a word I would describe the season finale. I seriously cannot wait to see it all go down!! :yahoo: :yahoo:

No matter what you think, I DO love you.

I didn't know they were dating in real life either. I do love the pics of them together. Thanks for sharing.

As for the finale, sounds awesome. The "throwing things at the TV" part makes me feel all giddy cuz I'm all about the Evil Queen on this show, haha. If the people are throwing things sounds like the baddie might have a backup plan :applause: yay! Cause really where would they go if they get their happily ever after?

Aw,well if I can't have him,then glade she does,lol.

I will throw things at the tv strictly cause I hate season finales, especially when they end on a cliffhanger which I know OUAT will,I am so obsessed with this show I will go crazy without new episodes for months.

I first found out about Josh and Ginnifer back in January when I read a comment posted under a video on YouTube. Then I did a whole search on them and found a site that is dedicated entirely to their off-screen relationship. LOL! Although back then it was still rumors and speculation; it didn't get confirmed until late March when they wrapped the season. I think it's super cute. It's a fairytale romance turned real-life romance.

As for the season finale, here's some more detail. This bit is in the latest TV Guide which I got in the mail yesterday.

As the first chapter in the fairy tale comes to a close, Storybrooke sheriff Emma Swan "will have to confront her destiny and either embrace it -- or run from it," says executive producer Edward Kitsis. Meanwhile, in the darker fairy-tale world, more light will be shed on Emma's origins as the daughter of Snow White and Prince Charming. Says fellow executive producer Adam Horowitz, "Fans will get the full story of how Snow White took the poisoned apple." Also, the Huntsman, killed off in Storybrooke, will appear in an action scene involving a character whom he's never interacted with. "The Queen may have taken his heart, but we'll learn to whom his heart truly has allegiance," says Kitsis, adding that the Evil Queen herself will be "faced with a crucial decision and will discover an unexpected ally." In other words, there will be no happily-ever-after ending yet.

And accompanying a picture in the magazine was this.... By the end of the finale, exec producer Adam Horowitz promises, "People will be asking, 'Did they really just do that?' "

Sounds super intriguing (and exciting) to me, although I bet I'll be doing a lot of this, too. -----> :headbang: and :frustration: LOL!

Not surprised with what happened to Henry, the one thing is the show has a tendency to give stuff away in their promos.

Thanks for the type-up, Midnight.

Pretty good episode.

I knew the "tying Regina to a tree" thing was a dream sequence as soon as they started promo'ing it.

I knew Henry would eat the apple, but I thought it would be by accident. I never knew he would do it on purpose, so that was a nice surprise... to see Henry go that far to prove to Emma that the curse is real.

Okay, someone PLEASE explain to me where the hell Jefferson went after Mary-Margaret pushed him out the window? All this time, I thought the hat worked and he was transported back to Wonderland. (And on another note, I'm still confused as to how the reversal of the curse will affect him.. since HIS story is a little more complex then the rest; being in Wonderland and all.)

Also, I'm a bit rusty on how the apple thing was supposed to work with Emma. Was Emma supposed to fall into a coma after eating the apple or something? (Since Mr. Gold pointed out that killing Emma would reverse the curse, and that's not what Regina wanted.)

And lastly, how did the fairies owe Grumpy a favor? I don't remember much from his episode, for some reason.

In response to the photos of Ginnifer & Josh... I, too, never knew they were dating IRL. And as beautiful as they both are, that neon red lipstick does NOT work for her.

Can't WAIT for the season finale. LOTS of talk about it.. Hope it lives up to the hype!

For the faires owning grumpy a favor its because he was able to sell the candles for their rent money they owe to mr. gold.

But that was in Storybrooke. Grumpy mentioned them owing him a favor in the fairy tale land and everything that's happening in Storybrooke is taking place after everything we're seeing in fairy tale land, so that's not it. I believe what he meant was that the fairies owe him a favor because he gave up his dream of starting a life with the young fairy he loved, Nova, so that she wouldn't lose her wings, which is what would have happened if they ran away together.

Actor87, to answer your other questions....

1) I believe the stuff about Jefferson/Mad Hatter will be explained in the season finale. At least that's the impression I got from Jane Espenson. Someone asked that same question to her on Twitter, and she made it sound like we'll find out in the next episode. And I hope since Regina took him out of Wonderland and brought him with her to Storybrooke where everyone else is, that it will mean he WON'T be returning to Wonderland once Emma reverses the curse.

2) Yes, Emma was supposed to be given a "sleeping curse" as Mr. Gold said in his conversation with Regina at the end of the episode. Regina couldn't kill her because that would break the curse, but she could put her in a coma-like state, like she wanted to do with Snow White, and then Emma would no longer be a problem.

Yeah, I knew that was coming too, but I actually wasn't expecting that until the season finale. I thought it seemed more like a season finale type of cliffhanger, but this show is probably saving some monstrous cliffhangers/revelations for the end. I CANNOT WAIT for the season finale, and I think it's going to be exactly what the voiceover in the promo said...EPIC!!!

I know, right?!! The whole Prince Charming/Snow White and David/Mary Margaret story seems all that much sweeter to me now that the actors have fallen in love offscreen, too. It's adorable! :)

I Thought Josh Dallas was married did he leave his wife for Ginnifer ?
No one knows for sure. Yes, it's true, when they first met while shooting the pilot in March, Josh was married and Ginnifer was engaged. Then in May, Ginnifer broke off her engagement, and in the summer Josh was no longer wearing his wedding ring. By December, it was announced that he and his wife had separated, and in a recent interview with Lara Pulver, Josh's now ex-wife, it was said that they are now divorced. I mean, who really knows what happened. Sure, it does seem as though something went down with Josh and Ginnifer early on, but there could have been problems in both relationships before they ever met. It's all speculation, and I'm definitely not one to judge. It's their lives. Besides, everyone seems very happy now. Lara's got a new boyfriend, too (she's dating Raza Jaffrey from "Smash"), and everyone seems to have moved on.

But speaking of Josh and Ginnifer they were attending a bunch of Kentucky Derby events over the past week, and looking super cute together!

I think the fairies owed Grumpy a favor because of the whole thing that happened between Grumpy and his fairy love. Letting her go so she can continue on her fairy journey as opposed to running away with him.

As soon as Regina packed up that turnover I knew Henry would eat it and fall asleep. Blah, I hate that kid, always causing problems LOL. I do like that the show is making a point to let us know that Regina loves Henry, and he's not just part of her plan to hurt Snow. Hell, I don't even think she knew who Henry was when MrGold brought him to her. I swear that guy is such a shit stirrer. I personally hope Henry dies in the season finale. That'll fuel vendettas on both sides. Emma will want revenge on Regina, and Regina will always feel like whatever happened to Henry is ultimately Emma's fault. And I don't have to suffer that little snot anymore...win/win all around, haha. I like Jefferson and hope he continues his alliance with Regina, and that she holds up her end of things and reunites him with his daugther - then at least she'll have someone on her side. And I hope Pinocchio turns to wood before the curse is broken, he's absolutely useless to me LOL.
