For the "Days" history fans, here's a look back at 40 years ago this month: the February 1972 cast chart & set lists.

Thanks Jason! I wonder whether the park set is related to Susan Martin's encounter with Eric Peters (which she first claimed was rape)?

Jake & Marley ~ Jarley <333

How interesting seeing how small the contract cast was back then. It was basically just the Horton family who was on contract and everyone else was recurring. Whereas today, there are so many contract cast members with few recurring. Times have changed!

Thanks Jason for posting! It's always fascinating to take a look back. :)

Bill Bell must have loved Denise Alexander and the character of Susan. Look how many days in a row she was on that month! I would kill to see her in clips as Susan.

She was one of my favorites & very popular with the viewers. I have some Daytime TV magazines from that period & she often was at the top of the fan polls. For some unknown reason Days let her contract expire in 1973 and General Hospital snatched her up.
