How did Sherri Shepard get so high? I swear, most of the teams who got lower scores were better than her. So I'm confused!

She got booted off tonight,
:applause: she was eliminated tonight.

No matter what you think, I DO love you.

I was fine with it too. I did feel bad for her cause she really enjoyed being on the show and dancing each week...but on to the next week. I'm surprised Gladys was safe. I was thinking her and Gavin would be in the bottom 2 - I was wrong, haha.

Anyone know when they start that sudden death round thing where the judges decide who out of the bottom 2 gets to stay and who leaves?

The judges picking who stays and who goes in the bottom two starts this week.

I watched the first episode this season thinking I could get into it again but found myself going back to The Voice instead. DWTS drags stuff out so much and it just gets to be to annoying to watch.

They do drag stuff out. I don't know why or remember when exactly they started making EVERY show 2 hours. But they don't need to be.

I like this season, and yes there seem to be better dancers than usual, but I'm getting sick of them talking about it on the show. Enough already, we get it.

I haven't watched the show yet, but caught Maria and Derek kissing. How stupid.

This show gets harder to watch each season with the judges obvious biases. I mean it happens every year but I guess with each passing year it gets harder to tolerate.

I like that idea. But I do wonder if they would pair them up with the same pros or pair them up differently. Could be interesting either way. New pairs could work better or worse than originals. Then it would be interesting to see pairs from other seasons have to go against each other head to head.

It's about time!

They should've did it a few years ago. The show feels so burnt out. Changes are needed. If they insist on being on twice a year, they should have one season that is new celebrities and one season that is an "All-Stars" version to keep things fresh. They've already reached the bottom of the barrel with celebrities so they need to start mixing it up.

Also, I think they need to get rid of the filler. DWTS' filler is atrocious. The performance show needs to be scaled back and the results show could easily be a half hour. Idol's results show never feels like an hour but DWTS' feels like several.

I don't mind the whole thing with the judge's voting who goes home out of the bottom 2 because the bottom two has to dance for survival. I know bias plays into it but I like the added layer this adds. It gives some pop to the results show. I do think new judge's are needed or, at least replace Len. He's so out of touch it's ridiculous.

Tom thinks the show should only run once a year. I think it is hard for Bruno and Len when they do both the US version in LA and Strictly Come Dancing in the UK and fly back and forth every week.

DWTS All Stars could be good, or it could be "jump the shark" time. I mean how would they decide who gets to come back only popular dancing celebs who didn't win, what about people who got sent home way too soon like Albert Reed?
