Days hit a 1.5 on Tuesday. Ouch. These are terrible. No wonder panic has set in. Of course, as usual, they don't have a clue what the problem really is and blame all the wrong people. |

Horrible numbers for Days. I think a 1.5 daily on Tuesday is the lowest it has ever been. Plus the 18-49 demo keeps plummeting. A 0.7 is terrible. The new writing team really has their work cut out for them in trying to improve this mess.

It doesnt surprise me with the last 6 months of total failure. I will say this I dont think GT, CW or DH had week after week of 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7s! Always a first time I guess! |

Sami's trick pelvis isn't bringing in the ratings, who would have guessed? But as usual, the reaction is too late and wrong. They have got to fix the taping schedule or it doesn't matter what else they do. |

There is some balance on GH and there is more cast integration but I don't think GH has improved that much. I'm already tired of the JaSam/Franco/McBain/Heather mess. Sonny on trial for the gazillion time is not interesting. The only bright spot was JT's performance after Robin's "death" and Anna's return. They completely botched the return of Robert Scorpio by having him run off after Ethan instead of sticking around. It's obvious they only did that so they could open the doors for a Anna/Luke match up. :puke: Edited by Checkers, Apr 13 2012, 07:44 PM.

ratings always go down whenever good weather comes....what we need is a giant snowstorm to force ppl into their homes for the next year; praying for a 2nd ice age sounds like a more attainable idea than praying for good writing.

It just seems to me that it doesn't matter who's on what day especially if most of the GA doesn't read spoilers or know what's gonna happen from day to day. It could be that they saw what happened the week before and thought why tune in the next week if the show is getting so bad. Look at the reset. There was good numbers, for days straight and then after a few bad stories, shock and awe, etc.... viewership began to go down and now its just at a freefall. Pretty sad indeed. |

TPTB have cannibalized DOOL by stoking fan based wars. Pissing off fans does NOT bring in ratings. By throwing Ejami, Lumi, Safe, Caustin and Cafe to the wall to see what sticks - TPTB are finding out that not many fans want to stick around to be jerked around for the millionth time. Instead of "unsoaping" the soap - how about going back to what made soaps must see tv? Compelling drama, rootable couples, core families, real character development, and long lasting consequences!!
