You all make me feel so special. Thank you everybody. EJ gives all the credit to Abe. Abe says he had a lot of help from her brothers; all of them were great. And Melanie tutored me in French. He tells her he loves her in French. They dance and kiss. Abby watches and tells Cam that she looks so happy and Theo is having a blast too. You should be really proud of yourself. Cam couldn't have done it if it hadn't been for EJ. Abby - I think it means a lot to Lexie that he and Abe aren't at each other throats at least right now. My brother drives me crazy but he means everything to me. Cam didn't know she had a brother. Abby - JJ. He's at boarding school just outside of London. It turns out that Cam went to the school she's referring to. EJ tells Celeste if there's anything else he can do please let him know. Celeste - You love my daughter, don't you? EJ - Very much. Celeste sees that. She'll let him know if there's anything she needs. She needs all her family now. Gabi comes along and sees Mel sitting on Chad's lap as a caricature artist works on their portrait. Kiriakis mansion - Part 1: Victor comes into the living room calling out for Henderson but finds Maggie instead. He notices the table set for 2 and asks about it. Maggie wishes him a Happy Birthday. She gives him a kiss. Victor thanks her for everything. He admits to dreading this day. I just couldn't face a birthday knowing that Bo ... Maggie - But he's not. When Bo and Hope and the others get back we're going to have a big family celebration and everyone can take pictures of you wearing a silly birthday hat. Vic won't do it. Maggie - Oh yes you will if Ciara asks you to. Vic - Now you're not playing fair. They laugh. Maggie - The party is going to be wonderful but tonight it's just the 2 of us. Kiss. Sami's apt - Part 1: Sami continues insisting that she has to go after Will and talk to him. Lucas tells her she has to calm down or she'll screw it up again. She doesn't want to screw it up she just wants him to know she loves him. When I heard him say he went to my mother on top of everything else it was just too much. Lucas - It was probably a good thing he did that. Sami - What! Lucas retorts - Your mother didn't walk out on him when he told her he was gay. It's the worse possible thing you could have done! What were you thinking! Sami - I don't know. I guess it is the worse possible thing. It's the first thing you and EJ have ever agreed on. Lucas - Speaking of which, what the hell were you doing talking to EJ about our son anyway. Lucas wants an answer. Sami didn't mean to. I just ran into him. He was doing all the talking. Lucas - Do you have any idea at all what privacy means? Of course. Lucas - No I don't think you do. Do you remember what it was like being Will's age? You remember how awkward it was and how confusing. Sami knows. Lucas - You and I never had to go through what he has to go through right now. You and I never had to face our friends and our family and tell them we were gay; tell them we were attracted to the same sex. Sami knows. Lucas - Think about it. In order to be honest with himself he had to tell his friends and his family about the most intimate thing in the world to him. And how was that bravery met? What did you do? You were mad because he didn't confide in you first! That he told your mother about it and then when he did tell you about it you walked out on him only to tell EJ DiMera the whole thing! EJ DiMera of all people! Sami - Alright I get it. You're angry. Lucas - I am angry. This is a family matter. It was private. Do you understand that! It has nothing to do with EJ. You know what, if Will doesn't talk to you anymore I'll understand. Sami - Don't say that. You have to find a way to help me fix this. I have to fix this with Will. You HAVE to help me. Safehouse - Part 1: Carrie wakes up calling out for Rafe. For some reason Marlena is lying on top of the covers of Carrie's bed; she tells Carrie it was just a dream. Carrie says it was so real. Marlena checks Carrie and says she feels warm. Carrie asks if she's heard from them. Marlena is more worried about Carrie then them right now. Carrie is fine, just worried. Marlena heard from John. The arms dealer Nevsky has been arrested and now Bo and Hope and John and Rafe are trying to set up a meeting with Stefano using Nevsky's name. Carrie - In other words the worst part is over. Marlena hopes so. I just don't know what will happen if the setup doesn't work. Warehouse - Part 1: Hope has draped a large black shawl over her head. Bo tells her with her looking like that they should go on more stakeouts. Rafe comes over and says they're looking relaxed. Bo - Relaxed and ready to move. Hope - We've been waiting for this for a long time. Rafe - We won't have to wait much longer. John - When DiMera gets here just keep him talking. Shane will be recording everything in the surveillance van. Vlad's phone rings - it's Stefano. Bo uses a Russian accent when he answers. Stefano - Nevsky, is that you? Bo - At your service. Stefano - How come I have not heard from you? Bo - I needed to take certain precautions. Stefano - Why, you don't trust me? Vlad - I don't trust anyone. Stefano - There's something you should learn. You can't double cross me my dear friend. Bo - DiMera, I believe you did not get rich by jumping to conclusions so shut up and listen to what I say. You have no reason to believe you've been double-crossed. Stefano - I know that you have been talking to another buyer and that's the reason we haven't met yet. Bo - If that is what you believe why did you call? It seems like we have nothing to talk about. Stefano - If those arms have changed hands already you are going to regret it. Bo - But they have not. They are still on ship; secure and well protected so stop with your childish threats and continue negotiations. Unless you are backing out of deal and have no guts to say so. Stefano - Where are you? Bo - Pier 19 warehouse. Stefano - Stay there, I'm on my way. HTS - Part 2: Lexie gushes about the day to Abe. Now you and I will always have Paris. Abby watches and tells Cam that they look like they first met; like they're falling in love for the first time. Cam - Like there's no one else in the world. Abby - It's nice to seem everyone so happy. She sees Gabi's expression as she's watching Mel and Chad - Oh, not everyone. When Cam asks what she's referring to she tells him it's probably nothing. Just as Chad and Mel are handed their picture Gabi asks if she can talk to Chad for a second. Abe tells Lexie he'll be right back; there's something he has to do. Lexie notices EJ sitting alone so she goes and joins him. EJ tells her Paris becomes her. Lexie thanks him for everything; she knows how much he had in all of this. I also want to thank you for getting along with Abe for my sake. EJ - We do have one thing in common; we both love you. Lexie - If I ask you a question will you be honest with me. EJ - Of course. Lexie - Are you alright? EJ - Honestly, no. Celeste looks at Cam and Abby and consults her Tarot cards. Cam asks Abby if something is wrong. She's just worried about something. They part ways so she can ask Chad and the girls if something is wrong. Chad says that Gabi is getting weird phone calls; she thinks they're from her stalker. Sami's apt - Part 2: Lucas apologises. I shouldn't have yelled at you like that. Sami isn't upset because he yelled. I'm upset because you're right. Lucas - Sometimes you don't think you just react and I don't get it. Sami - I just wanted to tell him that I love him no matter what because I do love him no matter what. Then I messed it up like I always do but I can't mess this up because he's Will, because he's our son. He's my baby. What if you're right, what if he never talks to me again. Lucas doesn't know if they're there yet but if you lose it again I don't know if you're going to get another chance. Sami - Maybe I should be more like my mother. Lucas - Wow, you are upset. Sami - She always thinks before she acts. I should work on that. I know it looks like I walked out on him because of what he said but that's not it. I was just overwhelmed; I felt like a failure. Lucas - Because your son is gay? Sami - No because he was going through something and I didn't know about it. Because he couldn't feel like he could confide in me. Parents, it's the luck of the draw, right? I'm this horrible kid that has a great dad and Will's a great kid with a parent like me. Lucas - I think things are going to work out for you because Will and I are a lot alike. We get really mad at you but then we forgive you because we love you so much. Sami - But I'm afraid this is different. You said so yourself. He may never talk to me again. Lucas - I was just on my high horse; sorry about that. Just tell him what you told me. Sami - I'm scared. The longer I wait, the worse it's going to be huh. Lucas - Yeah. They hug. Sami thanks him. Pray for me. Pray that I don't lose my son forever. She leaves. Safehouse - Part 2: Carrie asks Marlena if she asked John to call when it was over. Marlena - He will call and then we'll all go home. Carrie - Home? Where's home now? Marlena - Right. It won't be easy for you having to tell Austin your decision. She sees Carrie isn't feeling so good. Carrie bolts out of bed - I've got to go. Warehouse - Part 2: The four are all now wearing hoodies and masks covering their faces. Stefano walks in and sees guns trained on him. Looks like you brought a little army with you Mr. Nevsky. Bo - In my line of business one can not be too careful. Stefano - What is with the mask and everything. Is that necessary? We've done business before. Bo - True but since then I've had a couple of security breaches. I do not want to be photographed. Stefano - Well if you are smart enough to know that then you are smart enough to know it would be foolish to try and double-cross me. Bo chuckles - I am business man; I responded to better offer. Stefano - We have a deal and you are going to honour it. We had a contract. Money changed hands and I wired the money to pay for the munitions. Bo - If you are asking for a refund; no! But if you like we may consider it down payment for future orders. Stefano - Consider yourself warned Mr. Nevsky. Whatever other deal you made, I don't care about it; it's null and void. But you are going to deliver what I have bought and paid for or you'll regret it. Kiriakis mansion - Part 2: Henderson pours cider for Maggie. And may I ask how many candles I should put on the cake. Vic - None. Henderon - Denial. Vic - It's not denial; it's a safety measure. I'm afraid that many candles might burn down the whole damn house. Maggie tells him he's forever young. Vic - Because of you my dear. Sami's apt - Part 3: Lucas is on his cell leaving Will a message. I just had a long talk with your mom and she's really sorry. She wants to explain how she really feels and she loves you. We both do so go ahead and give me a call when you get this. HTS - Part 3: Celeste wants to read Cam's cards again. Cam - Can't you be honest about it? This isn't about the cards; you just plain don't like Abigail. EJ tells Lexie this isn't the time or the place to be talking about his problems. Lexie - I say there's no time like the present. Here's what the doctor thinks. You're lonely. You miss Nicole, don't you? EJ - More than I could have possibly imagined. Gabi backtracks - It's probably nothing. I don't know why I said anything. Mel doesn't think so. Chad asks if he says anything when he calls. No he breathes into the phone which totally freaks her out. Abby asks if she recognises the number. No. Abby - Let me have your phone, we'll call him back. Gabi - No! You can't call him back. Lexie - Look at mom with those cards; reminds me of the old days but I don't need Tarot cards to tell me your future. I see you with a great wife and a wonderful family because as much as you screw up you are at heart a good man with a good soul. I really see good things happening for you. EJ - Thank you. Sounds like wishful thinking to me. Sami strolls up - What just happened because I think I ended up on a transaltantic flight and I didn't intend to. Am I in Paris? Lexie - It's a long story. Excuse me, I'm going to find Abe. She walks away. Sami - Was it something I said? EJ - No. Sami asks what's going on here? Celeste assures Cam that she doesn't have anything against Abigail. I'm worried about her as much as you. The cards tell me that there's great danger around her. Cam - The cards say whatever whack thing you want them to say. Celeste - I know you don't believe but that is very foolish of you. Abby asks Gabi why they can't call whoever it is. Gabi - Because the number is blocked and I deleted all those calls. Abby - That was stupid; the police could have traced those calls. Gabi - So it was stupid, I'm sorry. I was scared. I keep thinking of that headless doll and the note that says I'm next, I'm sorry I'm not as smart as you are. Chad stops her from leaving. That's not what she meant. He asks Mel and Abby to give them a minute. He then promises Gabi that everything is going to be alright. Safehouse - Part 3: Marlena brings Carrie some tea. Carrie thinks it's just all the stress. Marlena doesn't know what could be so stressful around here; she chuckles. You know I'm on your side. I guess I'm just wondering what with all this stress if it's the right time to make such a big decision. Carrie - I know I want to be with Rafe. I don't know how I'm going to tell Austin but I have to. Marlena - Are you worried that you're choosing to be in a relationship with Rafe and Nicole is carrying his child. Carrie - Rafe and I talked about Nicole and the baby. Marlena - I would hope so. Carrie - Rafe made a commitment to be there for her and the baby anyway he can and I respect him for that. Marlena - And this commitment he's made to Nicole and the baby isn't somehow going to have an affect on your relationship with him. Carrie - Trust me. Rafe is one of the most honest and loyal men that I have ever met and him standing by Nicole makes me love him more. Warehouse - Part 3: Stefano - I've come here alone and unarmed because I am not afraid and I can not be intimidated. Now you are going to deliver what I paid for or there are going to be consequences. Do you understand? Bo chuckles - Okay Mr. DiMera, we have deal. Stefano - I know that already. What I need to know now is the exact location of that ship so my men can put everything into place. Bo - I have brought samples if you need to see them. Stefano - No need. Bo - And so you know there has been a small reduction in the inventory. Stefano - Are you telling me that you already sold part of my deal. Bo - No. Some of the items prove to be unobtainable. Stefano - Obviously there's going to be some change in the payment. Bo - Understood. So you have original invoice, money transfer papers ... Stefano hands him an envelope. Bo looks at it - Yes, it seems we have everything we need. Kiriakis mansion - Part 3: Henderson announces - You have a visitor sir. Lucas comes in and wishes Victor a Happy Birthday. Maggie rushes over and hugs him. I'm so happy that you decided to stay in Salem. Vic is amazed that he remembered it was his birthday. Lucas - Of course I remember. When you were married to my mom it was like a circus and state dinner all wrapped into one. Vic - As you can see things are a lot quieter these days but very, very nice. Lucas can see that. Maggie asks Lucas how he's doing. Lucas - Good. I've been pretty busy lately but I'm good. It's great to see the kids again and be a part of their life on a day to day basis. Maggie can imagine. I understand that you and Sami are running Countess W together. Lucas - Yeah, that's right. Vic - And is it great seeing her on a day to day basis? Lucas - Well the thought behind Sami and me working together is it's basically good for the kids. Maggie - That's a nice thought. I'm just so glad you came by to see us. Lucas - Good. I have been going through a tough time lately; with Sami it's never easy. He points at Maggie - But this one here always seems to get me through. Maggie - You get yourself through but I always want you to know if you need me, I'm here. Lucas thanks her. He's going to leave; he doesn't want to crash their party. It looks very romantic and it's just for 2 so have a great night. Maggie will walk him out. HTS - Part 4: EJ asks Sami if she's talked to William yet. Sami - No I haven't. I charged out with the intent of finding him and talking to him and then I realised I don't want it to be an instant replay of what happened before. I actually want to think it through and figure out exactly what I want to say. EJ - Really? Sami - There is a first time for everything. Cam tells Celeste he knows she wants what is best for him but please let's focus on Lexie; I'm fine. All Celeste wants is for him to stay that way. Mel comments that Gabi seems really upset. Abby hopes Chad can talk her into going to the police. Mel wonders how long she's going to be at his place. Oh, that sounded really bad. I know she's going through a lot right now but Chad and I don't get a lot of time alone. Chad asks if she's heard from the Mayor's office - Will said he was going to talk to them. Gabi says yes. Chad - What are they going to do to catch this guy. Lexie catches up with Abe - What have you been up to? He signals a lady over that plays the accordion. They dance. Safehouse - Part 4: Marlena sees Carrie with a pill bottle and asks if that's ibuprofen. Carrie has a headache as well. Marlena asks how long this has been going on. Carrie - A few days. Don't look so worried, I'm fine. Marlena - I'm not so sure. Carrie - Do you think something's really wrong with me? Marlena asks if she's having other symptoms? Are you late? Carrie - Yes, this last month but that doesn't mean anything. There's been a lot going on. OMG, do you think I'm pregnant? Warehouse - Part 4: Stefano takes the envelope back. The inventory reduction is acceptable. Bo - As is adjusted balance. Stefano - As soon as my men have verified that everything is in order the rest of the money will be sent overseas as it was before. Bo - That will be fine and when I have more of same kind of items ... Stefano - Just get in touch with me. Bo - I'll see what I can do. Stefano - Good. So are we done here. Bo - Not quite. Kiriakis mansion - Part 4: Henderson asks Vic what the purpose of Lucas's visit was. Vic tells him he came to wish him a Happy Birthday, Henderson - That was nice of him. Vic - Yes it was. Dinner was practicularly good this evening. Henderson - You should tell Mrs. Kiriakis that; she insisted on preparing it herself. She seems very happy to take care of you sir. Vic - I'm going to make sure she stays happy which means that she can never find out the truth. Maggie - The truth about what Victor? HTS - Part 5: Abby understands that Mel wants alone time with Chad; he's your boyfriend. Mel - What if Gabi is really in danger? Abby - Don't you think if she was really that scared that she'd go to the police? Mel - Yeah but she's been through a lot. She just lost her brother; I don't want to push anything. Obviously Chad thinks he can calm her down. Gabi tells Chad that the Mayor's security person told her the last thing she should do is let this person know that's she scared. And I know that as long as I'm staying with you I'm going to feel safe. She hugs him. Lexie can't thank Abe enough for all this; it's magical. Abe - There's nothing I wouldn't do to make dreams come true. Lexie - You already have. They kiss. EJ thinks it's a really, really good idea for Sami to think things over before she talks to William. And this time you have to get things right or you may not get another chance. Sami - That's exactly what Lucas said. EJ - For once I agree with him. Sami - That's funny. That's exactly what I said. Lucas comes into the square and sees Sami and EJ together. Warehouse - Part 5: Stefano - Just exactly what is that supposed to mean? They all remove their hoods and masks. Bo - That we're not done yet. It seems like you've made a couple of wrong moves. Stefano chuckles. John - It looks like this is check and mate. Stefano - Well now look who's alive and well. Bo - Stefano Dimera, you have the right to remain silent. (Hope cuffs him) If you give up the right to be silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to an attorney. If you give up the right to an attorney one will be appointed. |

Looking forward to Lucas and Maggie's scenes tomorrow. Also, one thing I'm really going to miss about MarDar is their use of important dates. Pretty much everyone's had a birthday during their writing. Anniversaries were celebrated, etc. Tomlin/Whitesell never really cared about dates. They would even change dates in order to fit the plot they were writing at the time. Remember when Ciara, who was born on New Year's Eve 2006, all of a sudden had a summer birthday in July? Foul! |

Ok but in all fairness, Hope was pregnant for 13 months. Thanks Pat - I'm happy Marlena isn't involved in this stupid sting story. It can't be over soon enough. I do like that they're using Marlena and Carrie together. |

Is this Maggie/Victor/Lucas scene MarDar's work? They didn't like writing for Maggie and Victor at all. I don't recall Suzanne working in February. I figured it was filler just to use them for a change. Why would MarDar bring up eggbaby after dropping it so suddenly? |

Can we call them Magcas? Wait that sounds just as unappealing. Lucas made some good points. LoL at Sami showing some growth, yet only saying she had a great dad. I've been skipping a lot of Lexie stuff for various reasons, but it's still disappointing that Cam is so heavily featured in this story. Who cares about insta-brother? |
