||I love to see all soaps gaining in the key demos. The numbers are still ugly as a whole, but any increase is good. I think these are close to the numbers we can expect forever with a +/- 50,000. Especially for DAYS. Don't know if that's good enough to survive.|

||Come on Y&R, please fall below 3.0 already.|

YR has been worst than usual.

||Nice bump for Days, doesn't deserve it though.|

||Still that all important 18-49 demo is bad. The new writers have a hard job ahead of them.|
|DesignatedShelley||Jun 9 2012, 09:21 PM Post #7|
||Do they still put out the 12-17 demo somewhere?|

||What happened that week to cause the bump in Days? Is that when Stefani was killed? Sorry, I'm not watching anymore. But I found it interesting that Days got a bump.|

Gone, But Not Forgotten!
I think the spoilers have alot to offer and ppl are interested to see several of their favorites on screen.
I too, have defintely cut down on my DAYS. Best guess, is Stefano's upcoming murder is going to be a big SL, so ppl don't want to miss the build up and BTS story of his eminent death. JnJ on screen, and fans are desperate so they don't want to miss. With school coming to and end/out, college, universities high school, etc, more fans from this age group might be finding time to tune in more.

Every time I see a new ratings thread pop up, I cringe. At least this time Days went up slightly.
I'm hoping this week is even higher with Stefano 'dead', Lexie even closer to death, and Will under suspicion.

Buh-Bye Tan of Our Lives
I know couples don't bring the ratings up...but it is nice to see that the J&J day was the highest rated day.

|I am surprised that Days got a ratings bump. The show has been awful. Even the Stefano murder mystery was poorly executed.|

||When things happen, ratings go up. The stories can be shit. The acting and writing can be shit. The directing can be shit. But, if things happen, ratings usually respond. That is why the last few months for MarDar have seen better ratings. They wasted too much time early on doing nothing. If you have stuff happening regularly, you will at least hold alot of your audience and see ratings bumps like this.|
