Poor GV. I think this is her first TV movie in a long time. I hope she gets an acting coach.

I just hope they aren't teamed up as a romantic couple, otherwise him as Eric is out for me.

Well, when they say co-star, its usually is one of those romantic comedies, so more likely then not, they're going to be in love. Hallmark movies are the no home for these type of movies.

So happy for Ali! I'd want to know more about the storyline first, but I might just tune in!

Now don't come whoopin' my ass at the grocery store cause I picked on your fav on here!

Gee, will she be able to put her phone down long enough to make a movie? WOW

It will be interesting to see how she does in another genre besides soaps.

Gone, But Not Forgotten!

Does this mean less time on canvas with DAYS? If yes, I'm all for it! Sami needs to be rested for a few weeks.

They will just work around her schedule like they always do, assuming she just doesn't film this at some point during the two week hiatus upcoming.

I wonder if maybe this in any way ;ed to Vaughn auditioning for Days again. He was offered a role a few years ago and turned it down because he didn't seem happy with something, I recall, but maybe as this TV movie was developing, he and Ali talked and she convinced him to audition? Just a thought or maybe it was the other way around and he auditioned for Days and she pointed him in the direction of doing this movie or vice versa.

This should mean less Sami, thank God! Also it will be a good chance to see if Greg Vaughan and Alison Sweeney have any sort of onscreen chemistry because that is probably the MOST important thing with whoever they cast as Eric Brady. I want Vaughan in as Eric so hopefully this works out. Of course I will not be watching this, but it doesn't matter if they play a couple on here and siblings on DAYS. That's pretty irrelevant, it happens all of the time. They're actors.

I'm not really interested in the movie and I don't get Hallmark on U-Verse. I am more interested that SOD makes it seem like GV will be the new Eric Brady. I think that is a good choice and ups the hotness quotient on the show.

I thought he was upset that he had to audition and wasn't just handed the role.

Damn, I should have read the whole line before screaming out loud instead of focusing on "SOD: Greg Vaughan" LOL.

Anyway, I'll probably watch to get my GV fix.

It's her first one as an adult and her first acting job that wasn't about double promotion within the network. I hope it's very successful and they offer her a billion more parts that can't possibly work around her schedule at Days.

Hallmark seems to be going after soap actors a lot lately.

Come on Ron, We are counting on YOU !!

Good for her. Hey, either she does this now or risk not having any work when Days ends.

That can't possibly be a concern of hers. She has several other projects and just announced two more, lol.

So happy for Ali. Glad she was smart enough to expand herself outside the soap opera world. It's nice to see a child star grow up and be successful.

She has to be leaving DAYS soon. I know she's had a lot on her plate for a long time now, but she's really racking up these projects. I also hope this movie is a huge hit so she can sign a contract for a series of movies like Genie Francis did. She has to miss like 2-3 months of work every time one of those movies films. I could definitely deal with Sami being a recurring character or just someone that drops in for major storylines.
