I like the murder investigation. But it will be a major let down if it's revealed that Ian is the shooter. I want it to be someone that most viewers wouldn't expect. |

If I thought the shooter was someone from left field - say Andrew or maybe Billie or Roman or even Celeste - this story might prove interesting to me again. I'd even settle for one of Bo/Hope/John/Marlena simply because it would be nice to see one of them finally snap and extract revenge. Instead, we're heading towards the shooter being someone nobody gives a damn about, like Ian or Agent Harmon from the safe house bomb story. I'm really surprised the show has kept such a tight lid on this story's big moments, namely the actual shooting/JM's departure as well as the reveal of the shooter's identity. I am almost impressed by that, just not enough to care. Edited by LonePirate, Jul 6 2012, 08:28 AM.

Lol, I love hearing what the general audience member thinks. I have one twitter friend who I know thru a musical group we both like, and she watches Days maybe once a week, and her comment today, "is this doc Nicole is sleeping with a total creep or what". I had to explain Dr. Tan Bonas has more negative nicknames than I think anyone on Days, ever. Even more than Sami and Melanie which is an accomplishment. |

EJill really kept my attention today, and I hold out hope that Will is playing Elvis. In my mind, I would really love it if Will was sleeping with Agent Spencer and got him to rig the polygraph, though that isn't going to happen. I still like more confident and manipulative Will. And I actually do think he has motive to protect EJ, who is the source of his money and power right now and EJ seemed to believe that, though he's pissed. But I do agree that it's going to turn out that Ian, who is hardly around, is going to be the shooter and shuffled off canvas, where it would be far better if EJ or another major character did it. |

Several things wrong with today's episode. I hated the way Daniel was pouting like a child today and giving Nicole grief. Didn't she just say before Rafe came to the door that "This is what it is" and not "I am making a long-term commitment to you"? And, while I do think that Nicole would try to make amends with people she cares about, I hated to see her trying to coddle Daniel and his insecurities. There's no way that E.J. would not be majorly suspicious of Will's motivations with regards to the lie detector test, especially with Will pushing it so hard. Liked Maggie's speech about addiction. I have several addicts among family and friends and so it hit close to home. Disliked how Madison is essentially defending Ian, though. It makes her look foolish and naive, in my opinion. The episode was not a must see, but I made my time useful by studying for my CPA while watching it. :P |

The highlight of the episode for me was Shawn Christian in that tiny pair of black boxerbriefs. Whatever you want to say about Daniel (and I love Daniel & Nicole, but hate that they're going the sappy emotional route with them so fucking soon), Shawn is one fine piece of meat. Oh, my poor Maggie. If her hair were any bigger/higher she'd be ready to sing at the Grand Ol' Opry. |

Another boring episode and this EJ and Will stuff is so si tedious and boring. Plus who cares who killed Stefano. It's not like we are seeing a full murder investigation with multiple suspects. Its all focused on guess who EJ. zzzzz. And EJ being duped by Will GMAB. He's never been this dumb even with the fake pregnancy with Nicole. The best part was Brady by himself teetering on whether to snort the coke or not. At least I assumed it was cocaine. |

A few months ago I thought Will was the best thing the show had going for them. Well..... Things can change pretty fast. |

It's not really a full murder mystery. It's a story about EJ being framed. Plenty of people had motives , Abe, Celeste, Marlena not just EJ. What was the point of showing all those people confronting Stefano if none of them are really part of this story. Showing pictures on a tack board is not telling a murder investigation. It's probably going to end up being Bo since PR is leaving so it would be nice to see him part of the story. |

It's not a murder investigation at all, if the rumors that we are hearing that Stefano is in fact alive are true...then it will be an investigation as to who helped Stefano stage his death yet again.....my money is on Ej. Why was he trying to purposely botch the lie detector test? |

Moreover, from a narrative perspective, this is not a murder mystery. I haven't seen any "clues" that indicate one person or another was the one who "killed" Stefano. It could be any one of the suspects, and I don't believe the show is dropping real hints as to who did it (or helped Stefano do it). Any clues could apply to any one of the suspects. Guessing at this point is kind of random. But I do actually buy EJ would screw up at this point. He's lost Nicole. He's lost Stefano (assuming he doesn't know Stefano is alive). He's lost his beloved sister. And Will, who seems to be the only person he has for company, is blackmailing him. He's got every reason to be a little off his game. |

Considering how much they leave offcamera and make up as they go along, you never know. In two months, Brian could return to say that Will is a bad gay for that out of control fourgy with Justin, Agent Spencer, and Abe. |

EJ hasn't lost everything in fact he has his kids back in his life and hes BFF's with Sami. He's been down on his luck many times. When he was duped by Nicole he seemingly had everything. He made up with Abe for Lexie. I don't buy poor poor victim EJ anymore than I buy poor poor victim Sami or Nicole. |

Shouldn't Nicole be looking for a home? Somewhere to raise her baby? She intends to have it in a hotel room? Does she have a job? EJ gets a kick out of Will, blackmail or not. Blackmail doesn't even seem to matter with these two. They behave and act the same with the other, it gives them more respect. Oddly. |

hahaha. When she comes to that realization, she's going to acknowledge EJ is the father so that he can pay for her and the baby. |

I actually loved this episode. I don't mind the shmoopy angsty stuff between Dikki. It kind of made me sad when Dan left and happy when Nikki chased him down. SC has a great smile and he has looked very clean and endearing lately. I hope Will is not trying to bring EJ down. I think EJ finally has a friend. |

It was another boring, same old, same old episode for me. More of Ej and Will  More boring Cafe scenes with Carrie acting like a love struck teenager instead of a mature, pregnant woman who is carrying her husband's child. Didn't she just tell Rafe the other day to say goodbye and walk away and now she shows up at his office? :puke: Nicole and Dr. Tan lusting after each other-- more puke-worthy scenes. :puke: August can't come soon enough. |
