Gone, But Not Forgotten!

Very strange that JnJ when Jack talks about how lucky he feels & they kiss, that scene was played twice, once before a commercial break and repeated after the commecial break. What the hell is up with the Canadian feed? I'd like to know if it happens on US stations tommorrow.

It's very implausible. For the following reasons:

1) Only a week ago, EJ was gloating that Stefano's new will was not executed, so he was still in line to inherit.
2) EJ was undoubtedly paid a nice salary the whole time he worked for his father. It's not as though he didn't sock it away.
3) When EJ talks about the condo buildings where he puts up Will and Sami, he has always said he owns them, not DiMera enterprises.
4) Given all the illegal stuff Stefano and EJ have been up to, it's implausible to assume there isn't a safe full of cash somewhere with EJ's name on it.
5) He's the mayor of Salem, so undoubtedly he draws a salary for that, though I would imagine Bloomberg style he might donate that to the city.

Last week was MarDar. This week is not,

Last week Will's letter falling out of the bag was half the episodes, now it's all Lucas stole it.

Maybe he spent all his DiMera riches bailing Will out?? =/

How is Sami able to pay a bail set so high EJ couldn't? And then if she had all this disposable $$$$$ lying around, that she goes from a phone call to posting the bail (if that's what happens), why did she and Lucas not pay Will's bail right away??

Oh, so Ej could bail Will out and Sami bail EJ out. Right.

You get bail money back unless the offender doesn't make the court appearance.
Given that Will was cleared the money should have gone back.

Although maybe its tied up in Salem PD admin dept.

Would she be able to use funds from Countess W?

or maybe she pawned Alice's bracelet.

Gone, But Not Forgotten!

Fecning sitting about who Jack is going to 'save' -- as he exits. Today he comments about not being there for Abby, being over protective, proctective -- the whole pitiful, wasn't a great father speech. He then the comments about Cameron being in love with Abby, like he was in love with Jennifer (which IMO doesn't even come close) it will be a interesting to see where Cameron fits into these explosion scenes. If TPTB want to explore Cam and Abby, then IMO, Jack has to be the one to try and save Abby, but in the end it undoubtably has to be Cameron. Cameron has to be the one to save Abby over saving Jack in some sort of can't hold on/choice situation. This would cause soapy tension etc., because right now there is not much between for these two. I am dying to see how creative TomSell are going to be, they either got this one or they don't. If it is ignored, then my expection for the rest of their ideas will be slotted into the same bucket as MARDAR, the junk bucket. Jennifer seems to have little to do with Jack's final scenes at this point. Jack and Abby relationship is more the focal point, hence the SOD of JnJ approving of Cameron.

Funny no mention of JnJ's wedding or getting married.

Jack looks very handsome today. In a nice light linen-cotten collared shirts. Yummy!

lol - I was just joking. Wouldn't count on Days to observe and reflect important details like that =) All the more reason why that small plot turn is pretty implausible.

The episode that I saw, Lucas saw the letter fall out of the bag. Read it when he shouldn't have, then took it. That is definitely stealing.

I don't care what Lucas did, in fact, I'm glad he moved the action along, but it's stealing.

I think Cameron will end up being a blip who is mainly forgotten in the end. Like many blips before him. So it would kinda suck if he saves Abby over Jack saving Abby. Not that I expect things not to suck. And maybe I'll be proven wrong and Cameron will become a fabulous character and somehow Abby and Cameron won't be a boring, tossed together pair. The difficulty is, it's hard to go backwards, and the tossing together and the "love" with nothing having led to it are already under the bridge.

ETA: Speaking of Cameron being a blip, it also bothers me that Jack has to go out approving of this boring dude for his daughter.

Sami really needs to sit that boy down and tell him the complete history.

It doesn't really matter, the list comparing. Characters will remember history when it benefits the current story, and forget it or selectively remember when that benefits the story. There is lots there on both sides, I guess, to choose from or not choose from. List comparing and history telling won't win anyone anything, at this juncture. Someone can always come back with a, "yeah, well, and you...." and round and round it'll go. =/
Sounds like DR, lol.

Love the Ejill scenes even though I wished CM would stop smiling. He looked like how I would look if I ever met James. CM has no excuse because he's been around him long enough to be used to the hotness. That aside I thought those scenes were wonderful. EJ was right; Will has come a long was from trying to kill him.

Jack and Jen are so adorbs. Why could we have more of this on the show!?! It kills me to know Jack will soon be gone.

I'm glad the kidnapper s/l is starting to move along but other than that, I got nothing.

Lucas... all I have is  when it comes to him these days. But kudos to Sami for standing her ground and defending EJ. I thought it was interesting how Sami still hasn't told him she loved him. I keep waiting for it and the scne called for it but it never came. It was a glaring omission. I loved how Sami still went to bail EJ out even though Lucas basically warned her that it could cost them their relationship. Go ahead and bail your man EJ out, Sami! That's my girl!

I hate Sami, but the woman has a job and has been employed since last October. It's not at all strange that she's capable of bailing someone out of jail. It makes her look kind of crappy that she jumped at bailing out EJ and dragged her feet with her own son, though.

You know what irritates me more than anything? If they truly think EJ killed Stefano, they should be throwing him a parade. EJ and Samis reactions aren't very relevant to me, but absolutely no one else is in character.
I think that if it was anyone other than EJ, they would be throwing him/her a parade.

I've only seem the EJill and EJami scenes but they were really good. EJ needs someone to stand by him since Abe abandoned him immediately. I'm glad one of his supporters is Sami. Their scenes this week have been awesome.
Yep, Abe has been a smug disappointment in all of this. I had such high hopes that EJ and Abe were working together to cover up the fact that Lexie had done it, but I am once again disappointed that fan specs are better than what shows up on TV.

They wouldn't actually throw a parade... they would get together at the cafe and talk about how good the parade was.

Sami's first reaction was she does not have that kind of money so it must be something else IMO.

also EJ says he has but it is not enough, so I do not see how Sami's salary could cover this apparent colossal amt. It should be interesting to see what crazy thin DOOL pulls out to explain this.
