Did 2000 Brady think Marlena hated Isabella? I paid as little attention to him as possible. On the reveals, I love the Theo false reveal and true reveal. I'll link to them when I can if no one does it first. |

Both of Shane's and Kim's kids. I don't have time to find the clips right now, but I know they are available. The Andrew reveal was much better than the Jeannie one. Is the reveal that Sarah was Neil's daughter on YouTube? What about the reveal about Mike's paternity? Edited by jwsel, Jan 15 2013, 12:01 PM.

Hated, despised, couldn't stand, was jealous of, murdered the saint... Take your pick, it was all mentioned between 2000 and 2001. |

OMG - the Lumi baby reveal is still so epic!!! This was my first ever brush with a paternity switch soap opera s/line, and I was stunned and could not get enough. And my intense, insane Lumi love was born right there, in that very dysfunctional screaming amazing everyone-involved churchy reveal. and this again puts into perspective some of Lucas's reaction to Will's baby secret. love love love love thanks for posting!! |

His story originally was though that he hated marlena because his dad loved marlena more than his bioilogical mother. |

His reason changed day by day. One day she'd abused him emotionally since the day he was born, the next she had been jealous of him because John loved him even though Isabella gave birth to him, then it was because she was jealous of Isabella, then it was because he believed John and Marlena had gotten together and killed Isabella (Marlena had used her sexy wily ways to seduce innocent John into killing his souwmate, the wuv of his lyfe according to Brady - which is about the only thing I'll give John credit for during this period, he always maintained that Marlena was his soulmate). |

It did, however, end with him saying he was just a jerk. Small favors. |

Can someone please explain the branches of the Chandler/Fallon family to me? What were their major storylines? What's Nick's relationship to say... Liz? Has Days provided any updates on Joshua Fallon? |

This is one of those clusterfucked families/stories on DAYS. When Doug & Julie decided to reopen their club (which had earlier closed after losing its liquor license and a brief stint as a coffee bar), they purchased the old Chisholm Mansion out by the lake (which then became Doug's Place by the Lake) as a resort/casino/nightclub. They allowed the mansion's owner, Flora Chisholm, to continue to live in an unused wing. Flora was the mother of Sunny Chandler who was the 2nd wife of Kellam Chandler (his first wife is the mother of his oldest child, Liz Chandler). Kellam & Sunny then had Todd Chandler. Sunny was also the mother of Joshua Fallon via a love affair with John Talbot (I want to say it happened pre-Kellam, but I forget the time table since it seems like Tod & Josh's ages changed with subsequent recasts). The big secret was that Josh didn't know he was the mystery child of Sunny & John. Sunny ended up dying mysteriously pre-Salem (I believe it ended up being suicide caused by Kellam?) Josh blamed Kellam for his mother's death and pulled a gun on him (post Kellam raping Marlena), but couldn't and then Kellam had the gun and then Tod came in and Kellam & Tod fought over the gun resulting in Kellam's death. The Chandler Mansion had a secret tunnel that connected to the Chisholm Mansion (Doug's Place). Once Kellam died, Stefano bought the mansion (making it the ORIGINAL DiMera Mansion), hence the tunnel that connected Doug's Place to the DiMera Mansion that Stefano used to sneak into Doug's Place to look for a secret plutonium mine. After Stefano died, Renee ended up inheriting the house which then went to her husband at the time of her death, Alex Marshall (who then named it Marshall Manor). Neil Curtis ended up buying it back for his wife Liz (since it was originally the Chandler Mansion), but it hasn't been seen since Neil disappeared from the show in the early 1990s. Supposedly, the house is next door to the original Kiriakis Mansion. Liz is Tod's 1/2 sister. Tod is Josh's 1/2 brother. Josh & Liz have NO biological relationship. It's like Brady is John's son and Eric is Marlena's son, but Brady & Eric aren't related. Todd ended up dying in a drunk driving accident. |

Did he not actually kill Sunny. I know that Marlena thought he did, but I guess her info came from Joshua. |

Unless I go REALLY digging into my synopses, I can't remember. But I swear I want to say it was a suicide that he pretty much drove her to over Josh and giving him away (or something). Part of me even wants to say (and I can't be sure how accurate this is) that Sunny was with John and Josh and ran off and left them for Kellam, which ended up being a horrible mistake because she ended up trapped with Kellam & regretting abandoning her child for a man. I may have simply fanwanked that, though. |

I don't think she was (maybe in flashback?). All of this was backstory on the Chandler/Chisholm/Talbots that Nina Laemmle introduced to replace Bill, Laura, Bob, Linda, Margo etc. when she wrote them all out (the infamous Valentine's Day Massacre that nearly tanked the whole show). Kellam came first to try and take over Anderson Manufacturing after Bob Anderson died of a heart attack. Liz (then using her divorced name of Liz Courtney thanks to a previous divorce in her backstory) joined him as did son Tod. EVERYBODY descended onto Salem in a matter of DAYS and kinda took over the show for a bit. lol all dates thanks to Jason47 William Joyce (Kellam Chandler) 4/24/80 Gloria Loring (Liz Chandler) 4/25/80 Stephen Brooks (Joshua Fallon) 4/21/80 Brett Williams (Tod Chandler) 4/28/80 Meg Wyllie (Mrs. Flora Chisholm) 4/28/80 Jean Bruce Scott (Jessica Blake) 4/30/80 recast: Paul Keenan (Tod Chandler) 9/24/80 No sooner had Kellam been killed off, then they replaced him with Stuart Wyland as the new nefarious villain who ended up being connected to Stefano. |

My memories are vague but as I recall, Sunny had long been believed to have committed suicide. Someone (I can't remember who) told Joshua that Kellam had Sunny murdered by injecting her with something (possibly insulin, this was around the time the story of Claus Von Bulow being suspected of putting his wife, also Sunny, into a coma by injecting her with insulin, was in the news).

Sunny is listed as an extra in just one episode, 10/17/80. From Maureen Russell's book, it says Sandy Elliott played her. 10/17/80: Cast: Mickey, Neil, Don, Marlena, Marie, Alex, Jarvis, Kellam, Liz, Joshua, Jessica, Cassie, Tod, Kurt Randall, Betty Parker, Asst. DA Ray Garrett, Dr. Ballard U/5, Poker Player # 1 U/5, Poker Player # 2 U/5, Sunny Chandler (X). Sets: Sister Marie’s Office, Don & Marlena’s Apartment, Betty Parker’s Hospital Room & Corridor, Chandler Living Room, Ext. Boat & Dock, Ext. Picnic Area, Salem Inn Room, Jessica’s Apartment, Neil’s Office Phone (Limbo). Russell's book incorrectly lists Jody Gibson as playing Sunny Chandler in 1984. This was actually a different girl named Sunny, who appeared for 3 episodes and was one of Melissa's friends. Synopses: Week of 9/29-10/3/80: Lo and behold, Joshua is actually Mr. Talbot, son of Sunny, Kellam's wife who died under mysterious circumstances. Only Mrs. Chisholm knows the whole story. Week of 10/6-10/10/80: Josh confessed to Mickey that he's John Talbot, Sunny's son, and that Kellam was responsible for Sunny's death. Mickey told Josh to get more evidence from Mrs. Chisholm. Week of 10/13-10/17/80: Joshua's room was ransacked and since Mrs. Chisholm wouldn't reveal the details of Sunny's death, Joshua located Sunny's maid, Betty Parker. Week of 10/20-10/24/80: Before disappearing, Betty told Joshua that Max gave Sunny a "hypodermic" before Sunny died. Mrs. Chisholm confirmed that Kellam knew Sunny was murdered. Week of 11/10-11/14/80: Max cautioned Kellam about making the same mistake twice with Marlena as he did with Sunny. Edited by Jason47, Jan 16 2013, 03:44 PM.

Brady said he went to boarding school, he couldn't say Isabella's name (he called Belle "you" when he was young because marlena slapped him when he said he his sister's name), he went to Salem High, etc. Really bad writing!!! |
