Abysmal. Not surprised in the slightest, though. DAYS is always so royally screwed after coming off a high stretch. I guess other viewers decided to tune out along with me, lol. |

Odd that Days is up a point in the 18-49 demo, while losing a large amount of viewers overall. The ratings are a mystery to me. |

I can't believe how close Days is to the less than 2,000,000 HH mark. |

Not surprised that Days continues to lose huge. It is all SSDD right now, Vets being totally invisible, villains rule the day, beloved couples destroyed and used to prop less than popular characters etc etc etc I hope they can get on track and soon. They cannot allow the show to die |

As do I. They focus on characters that nobody cares about, and they get nothing in return. HOW is this not evident? For fuck sakes. |

DAYS sucks and is back to where it used to be. Will they realize that Tomlin's couples and stories just don't work? They might have their fans, but I'm going to go out a limb and say more people are against them then are rooting for them. Its not going to work! Stop letting the same people swallow the show please. These ratings are so bad. General Hospital held strong, which is really good. I would love to see those ratings go up a little higher. |

I'm confused wasn't there a huge press release about GH receiving a 2.3 on the first day in it's new timeslot? |

I'm confused about the GH press release and these ratings. GH did rise throughout the week, which is really good and the way things should work. The Monday episode drew 2,300,000+ viewers so maybe they said 2.3 million viewers and not a 2.3 rating?? Either that or they are just being total bullshit and trying to manipulate the numbers. Monday drew a 1.8, which was the worst day of the week for GH. I remember reading the press release, but didn't pay attention to the wording. I think the timeslot move was a success because it didn't hurt ratings at all, thankfully. That is such a risk with these shows, so I think ABC should be very happy with this. I get ABC on two different channels in my area and one moved to 2 and one stayed at 3. I just kept DVRing the one that airs at 3 because that's the one I always watched anyway. So there wasn't even a change for me. |

The big GH ratings that everyone was talking about were for the 56 metered markets that comprise most of the largest TV markets in the country. The ratings posted at SON are the entire national ratings. It's not unusual to see significant differences in the two numbers. GH's numbers still aren't bad, considering the time slot change. ABC never issued a press release for GH. A blogger Marc Berman posted what were the combined overnight ratings for several metered markets and it led folks to think those were the ratings for the day. Those numbers did not include all the TV markets nor did the numbers he posted for Katie include that either Notice that Katies show got an official press release GH didnt. Should have indicated those numbers weren't accurate |

I'm jumping for joy over DAYS ratings - the bastards are getting what they deserve for firing Matt Ashford, and bringing back Safe & Dannifer - two couples that nobody other than Gary Tomlin want. B-) |
