Awesome numbers for Modern Family....even though I thought the season premiere was seriously lacking in comedy...it was pretty MEH. Those are really crappy numbers for NBC two new comedies...but without a lead-in, they were bound to lose. |

I would have expected a little more from the NBC shows because of how heavily pimped they were during the Olympics. Didn't they even edit down the closing ceremonies to air one of them as a special preview? |

Yes. It was Animal Practice. It was a cute show but keeping a show like that populated with actual animals all the time doesn't seem easy. I didn't watch AP last night though and it's been so long since the end of the Olympics I forgot about it kinda. |

I could of told you Animal Practice and Guys with Kids would bomb. Not really a shocker there. Kudos to Modern Family. I'm curious how Nashville will do in the 10pm slot. |

I thought Modern Family was HILARIOUS!!!! The only negative I could say is that I am so fucking sick of Manny. He isn't funny and neither is the actor. Guys with Kids is so bad. |
