I wonder what happened on Wednesday to give Days the 2.5 mil mark? I have to say I'm glad B&B is doing good. I'm REALLY enjoying it. What on earth happened to give Y&R those numbers? Was it the week of Victors funeral and return? I can't believe anyone tuned in for that. They beat them in HH, but lost to them in every other category/demo. Someone on another site just pointed out to me that MarDar's reboot comparison won't start until the upcoming ratings report covering the episodes shown 10/1-10/5/12. That's weird but seemingly true. If you compare MarDar's numbers covering 9/26-9/30 (the week their reboot began), they come out way ahead of TomSell. http://www.soapoperanetwork.com/2011/10/ratings-good-week-for-days NOTE: Please do not copy and paste the entire ratings. IMHO, I really think that the ratings we see now is probably where they stay for the foreseeable future. You may get bumps every once in a while but I almost think that this is as good as it gets. Sad, huh? |

Yeah, I can foresee DAYS being stuck on 1.8s, and I doubt that the return of Eileen Davidson will change things too much either. The problem is the writing team - Tomlin & co endlessly pimping their favorites ain't gonna work. B&B? Assuming the Ridge recast is a good one, or Ron Moss comes back, might determine if they get higher than 2.5s. in future. |
