Eric Takes Charge
The Forrester patriarch returns to FC office this week after Thomas and Rick’s destructive competition escalates. Eric does not feel either of them is ready to run the company. Thomas has trouble handling the responsibility of his new role as temporary CEO, which prompts Eric to step in. Eric warns Thomas and Rick if they continue their playground competition, the he’ll step in and neither of them are going to be there. Eric is happy to be able to walk in the office and have something to do. “For Eric to be stepping in at work where it’s getting a little messy is a good thing.”

||How many years did it take for them to finally include Eric, truly, in storyline? LOL. I'm sure this is just temporary but nice to see him used. He should be used more. He's really horribly underused.|

||Eric has only 12.5% interest in FC, so how it possible for him to fire Thomas with his 75% of FC supporting him?|

||It's ridiculous for Thomas to have that much stock. They need to do a takeover and balance things out. I wonder why Eric doesn't just have Thorne take over for a while, hell Thorne and Brooke together would make sense.|

No, Thomas doesn't have that much stock, he has the support of 75% of FC stockholders: Taylor;25%/Steffy;25%, Ridge;20% and his own 5%. The remaining stockholders, Bill;12.5% and Eric;12.5% which equals 25%. They don't have enough stock for a takeover.
Bell said he cannot write for Thorne, Windsor Harmon's character.
Brooke needs to work with Katie at home with her small child.
