Color me thoroughly unimpressed by Jennifer's newfound concern about being taken away from her children. They were the very last things on her itty-bitty mind when she was ranting at Nicole and swearing that she'd stop her from "ruining Daniel's life." Maybe she should have thought more about her family and less about her ex-boyfriend's love life--because then she wouldn't have ended up in this situation in the first place. |

I never thought I'd be glad for a John and Kate scene, but I am. Although I still don't like John giving Kristin the benefit of the doubt. At least the Kate scene puts it into a larger context. Now if the writer's will just build on that larger context of John struggling not to be a hypocrite (i.e. following his words to Kate) and following his baser instincts which should be to not trust Kristin, then I can cope. Who am I kidding? The writers aren't going to go there. The Kate scene was just a spoonful of sugar to help the medicine go down. |

So ridiculous that she even mentions her kids! She barely takes notice of Abby while chasing Dr. Orange Dick all over town, salivating over his filthy ass and screaming like a psycho at Nicole because she had the audacity (and the shitty taste) to screw him. Jack Jr gets obligatory holiday phone calls. I seriously doubt her kids would even notice if she went to prison. They certainly didn't notice when their dad was imprisioned for a year. Yea honey, you are mother of the year... Edited by BJ Deveraux, Oct 19 2012, 03:11 PM.

It's pretty bad for Bitchifer to now be considered by viewers the worst mother in Salem, Sami's had that trophy for years. But seriously I'm so disgusted on Nicole's behalf (even though I know what she's doing and why) because the real Nicole wouldn't look twice and MrPerv and how everyone has an agenda about the baby that is not about the baby. Brady seems to be the only one again for Nicole who feels her pain. I wonder if they'll even bother with a funeral, the storyline has never been about the baby so why bother. They should just show Nicole alone out in the cemetary crying over a small head stone. It would be more fitting than all the hypocrites around her. |

True! She looks gorgeous, and I LOVE what I see so far. I want Kristen to bring out Marlena's fire and protective-Lion-mother-wife-ness. |

Again, I like Safe and Dannifer. However, their storylines are executed so poorly. Honestly, I would have preferred Daniel and Jennicunt only to start interacting again after the New Year. She should've been mourning with Abby over the death of Jack. Instead, she is already going after Daniel (who has been avoiding her up till now) and being mad at him for sexing it up with Nikki! Abby is a mess, too. What was the point of her trying to decide whether or not she was ready for sex with Cam? Why didn't they just write her in mourning? Nicole should never have lost the baby. As soon as Daniel dumped her in the pub, she should've gone after Rafe and pointed out to him that the woman he is chasing (Sami) abandoned her kids and Lucas for EJerk, who she cheated on him on! Honestly, I think Rafe would've then forgotten about Sami and been with Nicole. Then we could've watched EJami self-destruct and an eventual double reunion for EJole and Safe, moving towards a Safe/Lumi triangle. Maybe its just my opinion, but I think that would've been stellar storytelling rather than the, as Biden said, "malarky" we are left with now. |

I am not a Will fan, so wasn't sure what to expect from him and sonny, but I like it. Their happy fluffiness is so needed considering everything that's going on! Love Marlena and Kristen. I forgot, after how she's been kissing Carrie and Sami's asses since she's been back- but she can turn on the bitch! Sooooo entertaining! Dannifer is such a wasted opportunity for the writers. If they really wanted to sell them as a couple that viewers would buy and not get pissed over, doc mcpervpants should have been chasing her and getting rebuffed. He goes back to Nicole, who dumps him after she has the baby and realizes hormones got the best of her. Then, eventually he and Jennifer could have gotten back together... AFTER JACK WAS PROPERLY MOURNED. Side note, my husband's friend died and his wife of like- 20 years or something- started dating someone else within a month. Her friends and family (and her husbands family... And their kids...) froze her out for months. They didn't just accept "new guy a" as the love of her life. So yeah, everyone grieves differently, but NO ONE Jennifer knows has had a problem with her slutting herself at dr Dan? Jack's family hasn't jumped on her over it??? Do the writers actually know any real people? Because they don't know how to write them! |

Love the sound of the WilSon stuff. Sounds much better than I anticipated. I thought they were really going to keep going with the pretending they were getting married and why Lucas was going to get upset. Glad to know they were simply just joking around. Nothing wrong with having a little fun even if there are serious undertones in it. Could be foreshadowing for it to happen for real or at least a ceremony of sorts since they can't marry legally in Salem. Too bad they dont't keep Tad around. I love the actor. Thanks for the recap. |

I loved the marlena/kristen scenes in the preview but im confused about her presumed dead status. did they find out she was alive offscreen (maybe susan told them) or is marlena just not shocked anymore when it comes to the Dimeras? I was hoping the writers would be specific about this, either they found out she was locked up or they thought she was dead.

I like the rivalry between Marlena and Kristen. I just hate how stupid it makes John look. And the way he is thinking about Kristen now could be construed as him still having feelings for her (and not just him being afraid for his family because she is an evil witch). This is true especially given the spoilers that are coming up where John keeps his encounter with Kristen a secret. I don't like it. John has the woman he loves... his ideal woman, in his words. Beyond that there is no temptation, wishing for or thinking of something/someone else.

Still not happy with the way Days wrote Kristen's re-entrance and I agree with others, that there's some plot holes. But it's good to see Kristen & Marlena in scenes together again! Happy to see Kate and some scenes between she and John. Chandler looks sexy strumming that guitar :$ Good to see T. I hope Days keeps him around. |

I think T is gonna recur. I dont see Tomlin making the point That T stayin in Salem if we dont see him from time to time. |

I hope they do make that more clear when she has her meeting with John or someone else at some point. I'm actually happy that Marlena didn't have her :o face on. Its just not realistic anymore. People come back from the dead on a semi-daily basis and did they really think it was that easy to get rid of Kristen? I mean how many doppelgangers did she have? It would almost be insulting to Marlena's character. I haven't seen these scenes yet, but they read very well. I think Marlena's shock should be that Kristen is actually showing her face in Salem and had the gull to approach Marlena like they were old pals. I could go for that. I couldn't go for shock over her being alive, but I do want a conversation between John and Marlena or someone else with Kristen where they say how they assumed she lived. Maybe Susan clued them in on it, considering she should have known that Kristen would eventually escape. |
