NBC has confirmed the possibility that "Days of Our Lives" could be preempted nationally on Wednesday, November 7, 2012. If Election Day-related news arises, "Today" will extend through 2PM, preempting "Days" nationally. No advanced notice will be given until the day itself. NBC is already set to air news coverage non-stop from 7PM Tuesday 11/6 through 3AM Wednesday 11/7. Edited by Jason47, Oct 25 2012, 11:34 PM.

thanks for the info, Jason. i hope the pre-emption doesn't happen. that would mess up all the Christmas & New Year's (and potentially Valentine's Day) episodes. Edited by Supergirlx2, Oct 25 2012, 11:45 PM.

Thanks, Jason. Yeah, like we don't have enough channels that will be covering this election. |
