Jennifer really seems to think she had no invlovment with Nicole's baby's death. After the truth is revealed I wish EJ would ask if constantly arguing with the mother and threatening her could that have put too much stress on the baby and in return caused him to be stillborn? And Daniel finally saying, "Yes" And then cut to Jennifer with guilt written all over her face. That's what called a twist which sadly Days doesn't know how to do.
I think Jennifer thinks she didn't have involvement in the baby's death because that's the truth. NICOLE is the one that decided to move into Jen's home to cause issues between Jen/Daniel. NICOLE is the one that decided to keep EJ from his baby. NICOLE is the one that drove an elaborate cover-up of the paternity switch. Now, I doubt that stress really was the cause of the baby's death, but if it was, then it was NICOLE that kept creating/driving stressful situations. And I say this as somebody who likes Nicole most of the time and is currently pissed at Jen because of her lack of grieving over Jack.
While I see your points the problem most have with this is NICOLE shouldn't have been around Dr. Sleeze to begin with and made the interloper of the god awful Dannifer. Her baby had to die to promote this couple really what a crock of shit, again Nicole is at fault for all and poor Jennifer and Daniel are her victims. Sorry making Nicole lose her baby yet again to pimp another couple wreaks of lousy writing and they turned people against the ones they want rooted for because in the end viewers just see "Damn, give Nicole a break and let her have a child" or "Give Nicole a mental breakdown over her loss and stop using her as a manipulator" AZ can rock scenes with pure emotion, so give them to her instead of this mess. Will say one thing I didn't feel the pain with this babies loss that I did with her miscarriage (written by Dena). This time they had Nicole too busy plotting in the hospital to give her true grief scenes, guess they were scared people would feel sorry for her since she's the bad guy in this "cough" love story.

Funny - my mother who watches DOOL but doesn't go online told me that she can't stand Nicole and all of her troublemaking. She sees her as the "bad" one - and she thought it odd that I would think St. Jennifer as annoying. *shrug*

LOL My Mom is a big Nicole fan but she's recently said she can't stand to look at her anymore. She definitely sees Nicole as the instigator in all of this.

She has also said, however, that she's gotten to where she can't stand Jennifer. She thinks she shrieks too much.

It's pretty obvious that Deidre and Drake is enjoying getting more screen time. I have a feeling they're also enjoying working with a familiar vet. Give me more Marlena and Kristen!

And what if Jennifer hadn't stuck her nose in Nicole's business? Would there have been any confrontation between them at all? Nicole wouldn't have been on those steps with her if Jennifer had minded her own business. And Nicole didn't keep EJ's baby away from him because to do that the child would have had to been born.

Why don't they give the tough, dramatic material to their so-call star AS? I bet she could rock those scenes like she rocks those size two dresses of hers. :D

If "common decency" had ever been an obstacle for Dannifer, the stupid dating scenario last fall would never have taken place. Once it was known what had really happened to Jack, Daniel would have backed off and/or Jennifer would have dropped everything to help her PTSD-stricken husband.

The only thing keeping these nitwits apart now is his ego-driven reluctance (so what else is new?) to compete with a dead man's memory and her ongoing concern with how she appears to the rest of the town. Because based on fast Dr. Douche dumped Nicole once he knew Jennifer was widowed, and how quickly Jen-Jen began obsessing over Daniel's love life once Jack's ashes were spread, it's clear nothing else is standing in their way.

Fine. Whatever. Their "great love" will last about as long as it takes for Daniel to get an eyeful of Chloe's assets--and then he'll be "torn" between them. Let the games begin. The duo that triumphs will be the one GT has the bigger hard-on for.
But I am going to be super pissed if Phillip loses his child to further Dr Dan's love life.

One child lost is enough.
Exactly tell that to Nicole - Dannifer to seem to be in the middle of people losing their kids. :drunk:
I agree that Dr. Dan is a user, he convinced Chloe her marriage to Lucas was a mistake, but once he had her, she truly loved him too, what did he do when he found out about Parker, kicked her to the curb despite her mental condition. I hope Phillip keeps Parker, poor guy has had his heart broken more times than Lucas. At least Sami truly loved Lucas at one time.

If Parker turns out to be Daniel's, I wonder how Victor would feel about Phillip losing his son to Daniel?

Since Tomlin is in charge, you can bet Victor will be thrilled. And Philip will hardly be mentioned.

It inswould be nice if Victor was concerned about Phillip while Maggie was happy for Daniel

Saw my favorite part of the current state of DAYS: Daniel's apartment! Happy day!

I hated the way Jennifer referred to Maggie as "Maggie Horton Kiriakis." It's time to drop the Horton, bitch.

Glad to see some sort of reference to Halloween, despite the decorations, during Kayla and Abe's scenes.

All of this talk about Daniel and Chloe reminds me of something I wanted to point out back when it happened a couple of weeks ago. Remember when Jennifer was so mad about Nicole that she slammed her hand against the desk and hurt it such that Daniel had to bandage it or something, and this led to Jennifer and Daniel sharing a "moment"? Well, I couldn't watch it because I didn't want to see that disgusting look of lust on his face that he had while feeling up Chloe during her breast exam (while her husband waited outside, no less.)

Anyway, it occurred to me at the time that, at least for that moment, Jennifer was his patient again. And that was the moment the writers chose for him to reveal lust and longing for her. Did anyone else pick up on that? Why does Days consistently show Daniel crossing the line with his female patients (and getting turned on by treating them) and then not show anything wrong with that? Don't get me wrong, if this were anyone else besides a doctor treating a patient (say, for example, Bo tending to a wound for Hope or one of the younger set giving first aid to another), I would accept it as a bonding moment. But there's just an ick factor when it's Dr. Dan with his pattern of routinely sleeping with his patients after getting turned on during treatments and exams only to later dump them when he's through with them (or when he sets his sights on another female patient.).

Sorry, but I just can't buy any of this "self-sacrificing" nonsense and these declarations of love from this guy.
