Posts: 2,251 Group: Contributor Member #3,204 Joined: December 2, 2008	1997 vs. 2012: MORE COMMERCIALS FORCE EDITS...ALMOST 3 MINUTES OF EPISODE WILL NOT AIR Roughly 2 minutes, 45 seconds will be edited out of the repeat episode that "Days" is airing Friday. All of the cuts will come from the first half of the episode. Acts Four, Five, Six and Seven will air in their entirety. Here are the changes: Teaser Act and Act One (originally 11 minutes, 40 seconds). On Friday, it will be 9 minutes, 56 seconds (1 minute, 44 seconds edited out) Act Two (originally 3 minutes, 29 seconds). On Friday, it will be 2 minutes, 52 seconds (35 seconds edited out). Act Three (originally 7 minutes, 13 seconds). On Friday, it will be 6 minutes, 49 seconds (24 seconds edited out).

I'm sure it's wishful thinking on my part that they cut part of the credits to keep more of the actual show.

The credits in the original episode were 30 seconds, which is what they are today. So, they will probably just change the original "crawl" credits into the current version of them at the bottom.

It has to be stuff that makes the episode look seemless, so those three could be done without anyone realizing they are missing. nope. Hope's dream sequence aired.
