All I can say is...Thomas is an ass for not putting a pause on his plans and disrupting the way things run at the company until a later time. His grandmother is dying for hell's sake...and he's calling an emergency meeting which drags his grandfather away from her. These are Stephanie's last days, she could go at any moment, and Thommy-boo is busy playing big man in town causing problems. Yes, I realize things continue to go on when someone is dying in real life, but the Forresters own the damned company. The things Thomas is planning/doing could all wait because none of it is make it or break it - do it now. Everything could wait a day or two or a week. It's just ridiculous.

Like Rick or not, at least he's a big boy who knows how to run a company and wouldn't be doing things that would cause his father to have to leave his step-mother at such a time.

Please stop with the Katie medical drama, it getting to be
As far as Thomas goes they could have done a teleconference on the IPAD.
Excuse me Rick, you have no shares or say how FC should be run.
Well Ridge had no problem putting all of FC money in HFTF line without any input from the stockholders, so at least Thomas has the sense to call for an emergency meeting.

So whoever came up with Thomas called Eric away for the meeting was dead wrong and now that I've seen today's episode it was Ricks doing that is going to cause Eric to not be there for Stephanies' last breath. All because he wants Thomas out, kind of sad. :shame: :shame: :shame: :shame:

Thomas is the one that called the emergency meeting which led to Rick calling his father. What was he supposed to do? Let Thomas cost the company $10 mil? Thomas is an ass for doing this when his grandmother is dying. He's on a power trip and he doesn't care who the hell he hurts in his quest. Rick can be an ass himself, and I hate him for calling and bothering his father, but he's trying to save the company from an immature idiot who has no business sense and wants to prove his power.

They're both in the wrong in this ridiculous fight over who should run the company. By all rights, Thorne should be running the company not either one of the babies.

Thomas has that right, for now, and Rick should've left his dad where he needed to be. There were plenty of others at the meeting who would've supported Eric and been able to hold off the vote.
