From these spoilers it sounds like Will desperately wants to take responsibility and admit to the world that he's the father of Gabi's baby but good ole Nick steps in to control the entire situation. I don't think Will is going to be comfortable with whatever happens from now on. Maybe he goes along with it for a little while but I don't see that lasting. I love how he prevents Nick from telling Chad about the baby because he knows Chad is out to hurt Gabi. I also love that no one, not even Will wants Gabi to have the abortion and pretty much gets to her in time. Nick is going to become more and more possessive about Gabi and this baby I can see it now. Then the climax will be at the Nabi wedding where I have a feeling Will might blurt out to everyone that he's the father.

I'm just going to wait and see. I was waiting to find out who would be getting married and now we know it's Nick/Gabi....unless things change. Even though I would have hated seeing Will/Gabi getting married for the obvious reasons..seemed like it would have created more drama. I'm not really sure where they are going with this story now. And why on earth would Will listen to Nick anyway? Nick says they can't tell anyone, not even Sonny...and Will goes along? He's just going to let his baby go like that? I don't get it. I don't care how much he loves Sonny and doesn't want to lose him....I just can't see him giving up all rights to his baby and letting another man raise him. I don't think that would last very long. I hate when the writers make these characters do really stupid things.
I don't think this story is over by a long shot and just because Nabi get married and plan to let Nick raise the baby doesn't mean that it's over and Will has given up all rights. The wedding is in January and I expect big reveals happening at that time. Maybe throughout December they keep the secret but we know that both Sami and Lucas are involved in scenes with Will/Nick/Gabi in the coming months from BB's tweets. No reason for Will's parents to be involved if the story is going to remain as Nick raising the Wabi baby. Nick is orchestrating this entire situation even though Will seems to want to claim rights to the baby from the beginning. Somehow maybe Will is intimidated by Nick and goes along with it for a little while. But it's not going to stay that way and eventually in a few months everyone is going to know that Will is the father and this secret will be exposed.

I think that's definitely a possibility. Afterall this storyline is a reflection of Will's own custody battle back in the day, lol. I wouldn't be surprised if Nick tries to fight Will's rights to his child. Nick already wants to claim the baby as his and I don't see him backing down once the truth is out.

Why is it that TPTB went out of their way to give us someone who has an opposing view on homosexuality in Nick, but they can't give us anyone who might actually be supportive of the idea that an abortion could be the right choice for Gabi? I am so sick of characters on this show acting like popping out babies is always the best thing for a woman and what she should want more than anything. Can't Sami at least recognize that being a young, single mother isn't the best thing, especially when not everyone has Grandma Caroline to babysit all the time?

I totally agree with this. It's so redundant how we see them go to an abortion clinic but they back out at the last minute. Sorry not realistic for it to always happen like that. They go to a clinic to get an abortion and they go through with it because they feel it's best for their personal situation. This entire abortion thing seems really silly in this story. Or like you are saying at least let people recognize that in some situations it may be the best option. Instead they make it seem as though it's not a feasible option.

I think they are setting up Chandler to have some really intense material. So far, he's been wonderful to Gabi, and though the character drives me batty, he's never not loved her as a friend, just not as a girlfriend. I don't think Will will be able to sit back and let Nick raise his child, especially when he discovers Nick's homophobia.

I think Will blurting out the truth at the wedding is a good thing to bet on. And I think we'll get to see Sonny's sad face again.

Me the idea of a baby in the couple cut the Wilson I want to watch. It is far too early because it just started their history. They have so much history to life before the baby. They killed their history with the story of the baby. I always hope that there is no baby in the end. Otherwise I do not look back.

The going to the abortion clinic and backing out cliche also is so so stupid because it makes the decision to have an abortion in the first place to always be a hasty one that the woman didn't think through before they went to the clinic. That just isn't how it works for most women. In fact, it would be far more realistic for the writers to have Gabi think it through and discuss with Will and her friends (if she had any on the show), going to the clinic, and then being told to go home because the state has a mandatory waiting period before she can actually have the abortion she already decided to have.

Oh great so is Sonny going to be all insecure now because of this? If he is then does that mean he's not sure Will is as gay as he claims to be?

And I don't understand the logic in wishing away a baby because it puts a damper on Will and Sonny? When the truth comes out, Sonny is probably going to be hurt but it's up to him to get over it or not. Will didn't cheat on him at the time and he is most likely going to want to be a father to this baby. If they were a straight couple, I could understand the paranoia here because there would always be the possibility of Gabi coming between them now that she's having Will's baby. But since they're gay, why the paranoia? So Will's going to be a dad but as far as we know he's still gay so how has this exactly "killed their history"? Just not getting the problem here. There is no real threat on canvas right now to the only gay couple in Salem.

Wouldn't it be funny if Will starts distancing himself from Sonny because he doesn't want to hurt him (re: the baby thing) and then Sonny goes and has ONS with some other guy.....lmfao...

I think it is bound to happen that Sonny hooks up with somebody else. Only I thought it would happen after he finds out that Will has been lying to him. Though I kind of see what you are saying that he questions Will's sexuality (though I hate the idea of him questioning it) and he cheats. Then when the baby truth comes out it's kind of an eye for an eye and it's immediately them vs. Nabi? I guess based on this spoiler with Chad telling Sonny something is off Chad may get into Sonny's head that would possibly make Sonny question it. Hmmm.

I mean for me it is too early to do with a child. After that, it's how I feel. For me, it cut my interest in history just because they put together just getting started and already they are involved with a baby and they found three. I was hoping for another story and I am disappointed that the writers have chosen this story line there. But this is my personal opinion.

I am new to this site but have been following it for a while. I started watching Days because of Will and Sonny, but have become a HUGE fan of EJ. Unfortunately, I feel like I should stop watching it for a while. Based on the spoilers I am starting to develop a dislike for the character of Will. The idea that Sonny tells Lucas he is in love with Will, Lucas tells Will, and Will continues to lie to Sonny for the foreseeable future is a problem for me. The fact that even Nick will know makes it even worse. It makes it feel as if Adrienne was right all along and from the spoilers she will be. Sonny has turned down a great guy, stood up to his own mother, endured Kate's speeches of how careful he should be with Will, and been subjected to Lucas' unfair accusations and meddling all to be with Will. Having to watch Will disrespect this devotion for who knows how long will have me hating the character by the time the truth comes out. Since I know this couple is one the writers want to keep together or bring back together after the revelation I feel I need to stop watching now if I want to be happy with that outcome. I must admit to a not nice desire to make sure I am watching when the truth is revealed so I can watch Sonny dump Will. I really don't want to feel that way so I think I will take a hiatus. Hopefully, I can find some time to watch EJ when this storyline is not on.
