Word has just come in that "Days of Our Lives" is being preempted nationally today on Friday, December 14. Here is the statement from daysofourlives.com: "Due to the tragedy in Connecticut, Days of our Lives is preempted on Friday, December 14, 2012. Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families." |

no, it won't. because it was preempted, the episode technically hasn't aired. it'll air on Monday on both NBC and SoapNet. ETA: Days aired on Global in Canada - at least in Ontario. Edited by Supergirlx2, Dec 14 2012, 05:56 PM.

They showed the first 7min before they interrupted for braking news. I checked the schedule for soap net and it looks like they will be showing today's episode in 1 hour. |

No new episode will be airing on Soapnet today. The listings just have not been updated to reflect the scheduling change. |

The listings have been updated on the SoapNet media site. Repeats of Thursday's episodes will be airing for GH and Days. YR seems to have not been affected. |

What's Global doing tomorrow? Will they be airing the episode we saw on Friday again? I checked the TV guide and it still says it will be a new episode. And for anyone that doesn't know, Global doesnt air day-ahead episodes. (They stopped doing this months ago). They air same day/time as NBC. Only NTV (Newfoundland) airs the Day ahead episodes. |
