Things heat up for Eric in business and in pleasure. He's receiving attention from Pam, Donna, and Taylor, in which he has a connection to all three. Eric is forced to deal with Taylor in a different way because of his decision to make Rick CEO. Taylor is frustrated with what's happening in her family. She wants to keep them relevant to Forrester so she goes to see Eric. Taylor is aggressive about it during their confrontation. JM says its a good way to get them in the room together. Taylor is struggling of wanting to help him through his grief and being cut out of Stephanie's death. Eric was excluded as well, so they have that in common. It's interesting shares the actor. He says Taylor and Eric almost crossed the line before but because of Taylor's friendship with Stephanie, they did not go there. Also Eric is still grieving so he's not interested in a relationship but when he does, it will play a big part in his grief recovery.
