They showed Sonny on the phone purchasing the gift. I'm guessing that Will won't realize that Sonny purchased it way back and will think Sonny just purchased it and then goes to find him...only he finds him with Brian? But not sure why Gabi would be worried about Sonny unless he's back together with Will. Sonny makes a big difference in this. He is more fit than all 4 of them to be a parent. I now think it's Rafe and Kate that have sex Gabi knows that Sonny knows about the kidnapping stuff.
