I remember seeing it on Beth's Days Page years ago. I have no idea who any of the kids are though.

I'm at work now so I can't see the picture anymore, but I think you must be right. If I'm right about the little girls being Jeannie (and I'm pretty sure I am because the bow gives it away), then this has to be sometime in about mid-1991 or so. I don't think the girls playing Stephanie got hair until at least then (she was still pretty bald on Stephanie's first birthday).
