Young and the Restless' actor books ABC pilot

The ex-Danny Romalotti Jr. is jumping to a prime time soap.
Michael Graziadei, the actor who played the character of Danny on CBSí The Young and the Restless from 2004 to this year, has been cast in the ABC pilot Venice. He will play Josh, the son of Gordy Nance (Bruce Greenwood), who is described as a rising star in his fatherís company and who is poised to take over the family business.
The pilot from Executive Producers McG, Byron Balasco, Ilene Chaiken and Peter Johnson is a prime time soap about the haves and have-nots of Venice, CA. It will focus on two rival families and a forbidden and dangerous romance emerging between them as the two families battle for control of Venice.
Others cast to date are Jennifer Beals (Lisa Carver) and Odette Annable (Sophie Nance).
Graziadeiís credits include stints in Justified, The Mob Doctor and American Horror Story: Asylum. His last appearance on Y&R was in January.
