I think it's because a lot of Days' growth has come in the key demo (18-49) that the advertisers care about (unlike Y&R and B&B who got their increases outside of the key demo). GH, on the other hand, is on fire all the way around!!

This just tells me they are happy that at least it's not as sucky as last year.....

With the solid heavy Dannifer story having gone on that week, it's amazing they did so well....lol

I guess we don't Dannifer enough credit! I don't hate them, and I probably would watch their story, if I could stand the rest of the show.

Loving GH's numbers. They deserve that. Three monster days and two so-so days.

As far as DAYS if you read the press release you could see that the numbers weren't impressive at all, but its a good sign that they even got a press release. Overall numbers still suck, but its always good to increase the key demos.

The press release should have read "We still suck, but not as badly as last year!" The reaction from NBC is like a parent who is used to their kid failing doing a happy dance when they bring home a 65%. Under regular circumstances that grade is not a reason to smile, but in that circumstance it is.

I'm glad to see the numbers steadily rising for GH. They had a fabulous week with the 2 days of the Nurse's Ball and the Stavros/RKK reveal on Wednesday.

I will be curious to see what GH's numbers are like after the nurse's ball. I've actually found the post-ball stories to be even more interesting than the ball (except for all Sabrina/Connie which is must fast forward).
