NEW YORK, NY, June 5, 2013— HLN, the host network of the annual Daytime Entertainment Emmy® Awards show, now in its 40th year, presented live from The Beverly Hilton hotel in Los Angeles on Sunday, June 16, 8-10 p.m., ET/PT, today announces ABC’s Good Morning America’s Sam Champion along with HLN’s own A.J. Killing myself slowly

All I ask is that they include the SHOW themes when the winners win and not that annoying electronic keyboard music they used last year for absolutely EVERYTHING.

I hope HLN pays to get the rights to the musical themes.

Meh. Not a fan of the way they do the presenters aside from Queen Slezak. I really don't like the Younger nominees presenting to the Lead category. The previous years' winner should ALWAYS present the next years award in the Lead categories unless they are unavailable (Tony Geary). Then you get a legend. I hope they do the Leads at the end this year. I didn't like Tony Geary opening the show with his record setting award...should have been near the end. Just silly.

Anyway, I hope the show flows better than last year now that they have had a good amount of time to put things together instead of doing it so quickly. Last year the show was the best its been in years (not saying much) but the flow was horrific.

In other news, the Daytime Emmys will be aired on the same night as Miss USA again, just like two years ago.

I hope DAYS wins Best Drama...I don't necessarily think they deserve it...maybe they do, I don't watch the other 3 soaps to make a fair judgement....but I just want to see the show win ONCE in my lifetime lol.

Tired of the Y&R's and GH's always winning Drama Series.
