First I got disappointed that Days on thursday only got 1.7 since I thought that was the day Ejami made love, then I realized the day wasn´t counted, and then I realized it is the wrong week. :headbang:

It was a holiday in the U.S. though. Many people were probably outdoors that day.

I get why Thurs didn't count, but why not Friday? Other soaps did count Friday shows.

If Days maintains this level of viewership through the summer, and then kicks their stories into higher gear in the fall and winter (when viewership levels tend to rise naturally as the weather gets colder), I think they might get over the 3 million mark in total viewers. That would guarantee a renewal.

GH was the only soap that counted Friday. Nonetheless, I'm glad that Days is holding steady.
And I'm thrilled at DAYS big gains in the 18-49 demo vs the same week last year.

I kind of think that it looks like summertime viewing and ratings.

Not bad for DAYS since all soaps fell hard due to the Holiday. Hope they do better in the ratings this week.

I think its great DOOL is up that much from last year during a time that not a lot of people are watching television at all, especially daytime. Hopefully this new viewership stays into the fall ahead of what looks to be a great November sweeps.
