"Days" fans, head on over to http://www.jason47.com and watch Episode # 3, now available for the first time since its original airing 48 years ago on November 10, 1965!

Watch as a bratty teenage Julie (Charla Doherty) argues with her parents, Ben (Robert Knapp) and Addie (Patricia Huston), over her stealing a mink from a department store (which she did in the pilot episode). Plus, see a young John Clarke (Mickey) and Marie Cheatham (Marie).

No, that's not Macdonald Carey doing the familiar opening, but announcer Ed Prentiss, who did the opening from November 1965-March 1966.

Be sure to watch the end credits too, and look for "Days" co-creators Ted Corday and Irna Phillips.

Stay tuned in the coming weeks as Episodes # 4 and # 5 are released!

Thanks Jason! I enjoyed this very much. I didn't realize Tony's father was a pilot. Didn't Marie end up marrying the father instead? I wish we could see more of Marie. Hope she's included if Days makes it to 50 years.

Yes, because Tony was sick, Marie ended up marrying Craig , in the first-ever Days wedding in 1966.

From the 1966 yearly synopsis:

Craig Merritt, Tony's dad, married Marie in 1966. She became pregnant but suffered a heartbreaking miscarriage. Shortly after, Tony was cured, and he confided to his father that he still loved Marie. Because Craig felt he was the only obstacle to Tony and Marie's relationship, he selflessly divorced her. Although he truly loved her, he went to Rangoon and started his own charter airline company. Marie, no longer a naive young girl, moved back into the Horton home and eventually began to date Tony, but it was no longer the same.
