I'm assuming Nicole will be the one to save Marlena? Considering they're the only ones at this point to give a damn about the other? And exactly what has your mother done wrong this time, ..... (exchange Brady/Eric as you prefer)? Trying to prove that the woman your brother is marrying and the marriage you're blessing is the farce that it is? Does the truth have no place in your world, either? Geez, Marlena, just adopt Nicole, take those grandbabies and Ari, and run away. Your children do not deserve your continued support and you standing there taking their shit. |

Those could also be the confrontation that's happening prior to the wedding. Either way, the ladies obviously had fun and THAT is always great news when they are concerned. Because they like bitching at each other. |

I would really hate if Eric leaves the priesthood because nobody believes he was raped and they assume it was consensual. It would be far better if he leaves because he looks at how he treated Nicole and realizes that what he said to her cannot be squared with his calling as a priest. Remember that he told her she was beyond salvation. That goes against a fundamental tenet of Catholic doctrine -- that anyone can be saved. So if Eric realizes that not only was he wrong to accuse Nicole, but he also repudiated a central tenet of his faith, sent her reeling from the church, and caused her to reject God, it should tell him that he is not fit to be a priest. To me, that would be a much better crisis of confidence, forcing some major soul-searching and character development resulting from his being a judgmental idiot, than making Eric the victim of false accusations. |

Thanks Angie! Monday ("Eric's Temper") Eric explodes at a remorseful Marlena; Hm, seems Fr. Kind & Understanding is falling apart. Maybe he needs to see a psychiatrist (not his mother), or get out of the parish office for some sunshine and fresh air. Gabi is excited to receive a modelling contract No offense to the very pretty actress who plays the part of Gabi, but I find it a bit unbelievable that any modeling agency would consider her model material. Why not have her be an aspiring actress, if they're going to go that route? * Kristen holds Marlena at gunpoint! Fun times! This is the only story that I find entertaining--everything else just irritates or bores me. * Eric and Brady come to fierce blows. Posted Image Edited by Rosebud, Oct 30 2013, 06:14 PM.

That storyline with Rory tempting JJ--do you think JJ will revert to his old ways? |

I actually forgot about Eric causing Nicole to reject God, her rant as she threw down those flowers should really sit badly with him when the truth finally comes out. The bible does frowns upon people who cause others to reject God, putting stumbling blocks before them, in Eric's case, falsely accusing Nicole of rape. As a priest he should be devastated that he failed so badly. He made a mistake yes, but his inability to carry forth his duties will/should likely lead to him quitting the business, seek not only Nicole's forgiveness but God's. |

Nicole actually didn't believe what Eric was saying. She didn't consider that someone (Kristen) raped him for real. These writers are just dumb. She should've been the first to realise what had went down with Eric but because of his accusation, she knew he was wrong and sadly she assumed he was completely wrong. |

I'm holding out hope that she's just stunned that it was Kristen. I know I'm wrong, but I want to believe she's the sharp, intelligent, take-no-shit Nicole for just a little longer. |

I don't know about that. Towards the end of their conversation he reiterated what happened to him and she said "but not with me". It came off to me that she believes that his memories are real with the exception of the identity of the woman in his memories. How it hasn't occurred to anyone that Kristen could be behind what happened to Eric baffles me. He's a Brady and Marlena's son, she's a DiMera who at the time of the crime was recently dumped by Brady because Marlena exposed her.....2+2 =.... |

I just hope we get to see Marlena holding a picture of Brady & Kristen, smashing it against the table screaming "This is what's left of Brady and Kristen!" over and over...cause that'd just bring the whole dumped-by-the-father-and-by-the-son thing full-circle. |

Oh gosh, how many times in Marlena's lifetime is Kirsten going to hold her at gunpoint? I can't wait to see this, because seeing Kirsten unraveling is hilarious. |

I would lay odds that this is exactly what will happen. Brady is such a glittering jewel of colossal ignorance he probably will think Eric would willingly sleep with Kristen. I also seem to remember Eric Martsolf indicating in an interview awhile back Brady would have issues with Eric's explanation of what went down. Hey Rory, if JJ turns you down, head on over to the CEO's office at Titan. There's an utter moron there who might take you up on your offer. With the murder mystery coming up, I wonder if the victim gets killed somehow as a result of Kristen and Marlena's standoff with the gun? Kind of like how Chad took the bullet meant for EJ. |

No, Eric was definitely drugged. If he wasn't, he would have resisted Kristen on the spot. And you're right; what Theresa took and what Kristen gave Eric do sound similar. |

So Kristen might be the one who let's Eric be with Nicole if he leaves the priesthood over this. Kristen = life coach, matchmaker. |

I have to give Brady one point on this. At least it wasn't HIS idea, it was Kristen's. Oh, but then I have to take that point away because of what a pussy he is. Sorry, Brady, you are a big ZERO. |

I can never overlook the disgusting aspect if Kristen sexing up a man who she lived with when he was a CHILD, and fully expected to raise as a son. It is just abominable! :puke: Edited by Rosebud, Oct 31 2013, 11:56 AM.

It's virtually impossible to sympathize with Brady. Everyone who knows him, cares about him, and has his back has warned him from the start about what a mistake he's making, and he's blowing them all off and walking into Kristen's trap ... for the second time. After already knowing she's manipulative and deceitful. What a dumbass. Maybe he should croak when he goes off the deep end, just to protect future generations from his unique brand of idiocy. The Salem gene pool surely has enough stupid swimming in its depths. |
