Well, now, hold on. I call my step-brother my brother, so it doesn't bother me. |

I loved the Eric/Kristen confrontation. I really been impressed with both GV and ED this last episodes. I didnīt think I could be that interested in other characters besides EJ but itīs a good suprise that I have been proven wrong. Eric has almost made me go EJ who. I donīt know however if I will still be interesting in Eric when the drama ends but I definietly love him in dramatic scenes. Iīm not sure if Iīm interested in Ericole either, but we will see maybe if they get the right writing I have liked them a little bit so far. I also liked the Kristen/Nicole show down, and I like the ending it opens up for a Kristen comeback later on. |

I think the problem is that it came out of nowhere and now we're being bombarded constantly by it as if to make up for the last 15 yrs or so where they barely referred to the fact that they were related albeit by marriage. |

It was a plot point to make the confrontation between Brady and Eric that much bigger when it came out that Eric "slept" with Kristen. |

That's what I thought, too. I don't like the idea of a Kristen/Eric baby, but I thought that's what Kristen was implying. |

She's been drinking a lot for a pregnant woman. Plus she recently saw a specialist and her tests came back negative and her pregnancy test was negative. I don't believe she's pregnant. At least not with Eric's child. She'd be showing by now if she was. They slept together in June. |

Good Q...I was wondering what she meant. I had presumed she was implying that it was consensual but it was really roundabout and not stated well so it left me wondering if there was something else. Yeah, she has been drinking A LOT lol. So, probably not...you'd think she'd stop if she knew she was pregnant, which she'd have to know if she was after all those tests. |

If she's pregnant (which I don't believe she is) Brady is the father. |

This is why I don't care about Brady. Not anymore. I think he was okay when they brought in EM, but ever since J&M returned after those two years gone (I stopped watching while they were gone, so I don't know what Brady did during that time), I haven't much liked Brady. And the whole Kristen thing was a huge turn off for me. Sorry but Kristen seduced a boy she once thought of as her future son. You can't rewrite that kind of history for me. It's too huge. And the way Brady now treats Marlena, it just makes me dislike him immensely. As much as I loathed KL's nasty version of Brady. |

And why is Maggie the only person who seems to realize that Marlena is just as much a victim of Kristen's as anyone? |

Ah. Thanks to all of you who pointed out that Kristen has been boozing a lot. Kristen is batshit crazy and completely without a moral compass, but does intensely want to be a mother. Regardless of who the father were, even Kristen wouldn't drink if she thought she was pregnant. |

Here is what I posted on another post in this thread regarding this subject: Well see the show doesn't give a shit about history. Marlena raised Brady as her own son, and loved him as her own. She has loved him as much as she has loved her own kids. At one time Brady called Marlena "mommy" before he was aged. And while Kyle Lowder was still playing the role, he called Marlena "mom" after all the animosity between them was resolved. Marlena is his mother in every way that counts! I hate that Brady never refers to Marlena as his "stepmother" but as his "dad's wife". Yet, he considers Marlena's biological children his "brother and sisters" not "step". It's ridiculous! :censored:  Now I can understand why Carrie never called Marlena mom, because she had her mom Anna around too. Although Carrie considered Marlena her mother in every way and has definitely treated her better than both Sami and Brady have over the years. TOTALLY FELT IT WAS WORTH REPEATING.... :hail: :hail: |
