So glad of this. When I'm on my phone, those buttons are so close together that it's difficult to be precise and I know I've accidentally done this a few times, too. |

I just want LeAnn Hunley back, period. Get rid of like half of the cast, and ignore Tony for good. Bring on Alex to be paired with Anna and work with Stefano. And Eugene, to give her and Marlena a buddy. |

Personally, unless we were discussing Tony & Anna (and seriously, LEGITIMATELY writing for them), I'm just about worn out on the DiMeras and their never ended stream of mystery children retcons. If the show were down to just Stefano & EJ (hell, at this point I'm almost even tired of them), I'd be okay. I honestly wouldn't mind Victor going back to being the lead heavy in town. Or even, perhaps, a new power villain who could stir up trouble (who no one suspects because no one knows them) over a two year arc that ends with their departure because they've made them so evil they simply, logically, have to go. IMO, Stefano always worked best in shorter durations once everyone realized the true villain he really was. |

I watched the whole show again. I cannot recall the last time I did that. It all comes down to AZ/GV and AS/JS for me in this epi. I loved the scenes for these two couples and none of them disappointed. AZ absolutely killed me when she delivered Nicole's line to Eric about how she knew he didn't want her to be mad anymore but, "if I don't stay angry, I won't be able to get out of bed every morning" :hail: Perfect dialogue. What a heartbreaking scene. Also, I continue to enjoy EM's acting choices. This whole reveal has brought up his game. I even liked the girl interaction between Jordan, Abby and Gabi. |

The Eric/Nicole scenes were terrific. AZ knocked it out of the park as always, and GV has been stellar lately as well. At first I thought Eric was boring, but GV brings such a quiet intensity to the character that I now think he's interesting to watch. GV/AZ really should be the leading actors of the show, imo. |

Looks like she's mainly a seamstress and props woman...acting is just a side job. Edited by Jason47, Nov 16 2013, 03:26 PM.

Anyone else enjoying seeing Maggie the character make an appearance yesterday and today? It was a refreshing change from Maggie the Dan cheerleader. Even opposite Dan, the dialogue was just so much more substance than she usually gets. |

The whole show has been remarkably compelling over the past couple of weeks. I had almost given up on Days. In truth, I had given up on it, except to check DR now and then to keep track of what was going on. If I hadn't happened upon the big Eric/Nicole blow-up in the chapel and gotten sucked into that storyline, I'm not sure I'd have ever watched the show again. But this big wedding blow up and the subsequent fallout has been utterly watchable across a number of storylines, especially Eric and Nicole. For a long time, I've doubted that the show is capable of writing that kind of story, but they're actually doing a creditable job with those two. Wouldn't it be delicious if they could figure out how to write those kind of slow-burn, wildly emotional stories across the whole spectrum of storylines? Setting up and paying off the wedding blow-up shows they they're capable of good stuff. But can they keep it up? |

GV has always been good, but never been recognized much for his acting. He can totally act. There were some really good angsty scenes on GH with Lucky and Liz. AZ did a great job showing how heartbroken Nicole was and she wasn't overthetop yelling at him |

Loved the scene between Eric and Nicole. AZ is a great actress, but how I wish for happier storylines for Nicole!! I'd like to see her joke and laugh and be naughty. Too much sadness and crying for this character for me. Loved how Sami took none of EJ's bullshit. She sure knows him, and he sure can't get away with his lies with her. This is the Sami I know and love, the Sami I've been waiting for. The Sami who would have immediately known that EJ was the Sydnapper, the Sami that needs no hero to rescue her. Welcome back girl, I missed you. Hope that they bring back Kristen. There is hope, no? |

Does he not know that Marlena had no idea he was on that video? Surely Eric can understand she never would have done that if she had known. And now that he knows as personally as SHE knows how vicious Kristen is, he can understand why she wanted Brady away from Kristen. If he's mad at her still, I do not understand him AT ALL. |

Please, DAYS don't have Jordan be a DiMera, especially another Stefano child. They just got rid of Chad. |

If Jordan is to be anyone's missing love child, let her be Jack's. As for my ship, there's nothing I can say about Ericole that hasn't been said. I  this couple and pray that the writers/producers don't drop the ball. The actors have their parts down pat. TPTB just have to keep up their end. Also loved hearing what I call "Ericole angst" music, the same tune played during the "I believe in you" scene from months ago. Edited by angie37, Nov 16 2013, 07:52 PM.

I think son Eric knows his mother was unaware that he was on the video and she would never have shown it had she known. However, Father Eric said he was disgusted with her for playing any filthy sex video in the house of God. By Marlena choosing to out Kristen in his church while he was officiating as a priest, Father Eric believes she has not only desecrated the sanctuary but disregarded his own religious role there. That's my take anyway. |

Ok, fair enough, but I still don't understand his thinking. He's not being a very good priest if that's his thinking. Who is he to judge. Isn't he suppose to leave that up to his God? This is his mother! |

Well, this will surprise no one, but I couldn't even make it through this episode. I'm kind of pissed that they waited so long to have Eric face Nicole, because the momentum was already gone which led to the whole thing just being a big dull bore. I already find Gabi/Sonny/Will insufferable, so that certainly wasn't keeping me tuned in, and Abby/Jordan have nothing to pull me in either. Brady is just ridiculous and I want him to stop whining. And I'm frustrated with the Ejami stuff because it's not going to lead to anything, and while I was initially all for that, at this point it's just plain stupid that it's not going to cause more of a riff than it is. LOL. And now the next episode I'm going to watch has Patsy Pease in it. Sigh. It was a nice three days of Days viewing. |
