I agree that Gabi and Will need to work out a custody agreement. As far as I know Will never did do anything about that paper he signed giving up his paternity rights when Nick blackmailed him this Spring. |

I've never known a kid to change their name to something completely different. Sure, maybe to their middle name or to a nickname, but to an entirely different name, nope. I just will never get the whole Theresa thing. As for Gabi, she shouldn't be afraid of telling them the truth, it's so stupid. She's a young mother, and should pursue this opportunity. She is not tied to Will. Arianna is young enough to make such a move without much trauma. Will and Sonny can visit and also have dual custody. I just don't see the big deal, and the story is a non story to me. |

Dear JB, The EJustin one has been added to the GIF thread. TinyPic must not be an EJami fan as it keeps giving me errors & other ridiculous memos when I try to upload the other ones. I keep trying. Love from, The GIF Queen. |

From what I recall (and it is backed up here, although I realize that site, like Wikipedia, can be inaccurate at times), Theresa is her middle name. Now, whether that is a retcon or not is another matter entirely -- one that I am not qualified to debate because that era of the show was before my time -- but I distinctly remember that it was mentioned when Theresa first arrived in Salem that she was going by her middle name. Also, I find it ironic that, based on the information on the page that I linked above, we're having this conversation about a person who is herself named after someone who went by a nickname that was completely different than their birth name. |

It's a retcon. That would have been added to the Wikipedia page after they cast her this time. Jeannie didn't have a middle name that was ever announced on the show. However, it is her middle name now, and you're right that it's not particularly weird to go by your middle name. When she first came back several family members stumbled over her calling her Theresa. I think it would have been a nice touch if at least one of her parents had struggled with it, too. |

I think I just need to stick to watch the show in clips for the most part. I went back and watched just the Brady family stuff, and I enjoyed it for the most part. PP still is not a favorite, but I can take anyone doing just about anything when it's this type of family scene. I'm a little confused, though, about why they're even discussing taking her back to LA. |

I wish they would have addressed the name thing. That no one ever slips a 'Jeannie' is unrealistic for parents who would have raised her as Jeannie Theresa. Patsy looks so like 80s Kim. Better than she's looked in years. Loved Shane's tough dad approach. Very Sheffield-esque and yet uniquely Shane. The lack of comedy in it helps as does the subject matter. I quite enjoy JJ being less of a punk. CM's so full of charm that its great to see. Couldn't care less if he supports his mom now or not. I can see still liking this character through his next incarnation. |

Really liked seeing Shane and Kim again.. and the show of support from the Brady family.. I just wanted to scream where have all you Bradys been with your intervention since Theresa came back into town months ago. I guess better late than never. Justin... you are my hero with your speech to EJ. Loved him saying "For the past couple of months I have spent time becoming reunited with my integrity" ( or words to that effect). Wish a few more characters on the show would do the very same thing. Cute scene with Johnny and the sabres, but the part with Sami lasted way too long.. it lost its cuteness. And when is AS going to ditch the leather look? Enough already with the biker chick look. The rest of the show was a  :sleep2: Edited by magicsteacher, Nov 18 2013, 09:41 PM.

From what I'm gathering, her job is in jeopardy -- regardless of any assurances that Anne has given her to the contrary -- because of her very public overdose. And as we know from previous episodes, the terms of her probation require her to maintain a job in Salem (and they seem to want us to believe that it can't just be any old job -- it has to be a job at the hospital). So they're going to let Jennifer decide her fate -- either she gets to keep her job (based on Jennifer's decision, not Anne's) and remain in Salem, or she loses her job and has to return to LA because she is in violation of the terms of her probation. |

Oh! I forgot. I thought JJ was adorable with Kim and Shane. And look...if Jennifer has been a crappy parent (and I actually don't think she has), at least she taught the boy how to not to let in perfect strangers and still be polite. |

Heh. There's that, although I thought that scene was more about J.J. trying not to shit his pants out of fear that they were there to talk to Jennifer about what her son had done to their daughter. |

Yeah, but when you watch it out of context, it's an adorable kid that doesn't speak too much to strangers. |

Because unlike Salem, LA doesn't have any drug issues. Duh. |

Random comment: Even though I'm more than fine with Shane only, I see a huge difference in bringing back a couple vs. bringing back a single parent. Craig and Nancy were brought back separately, and it just seemed lacking. It makes Days as a show look so much stronger to bring back a couple like this. |

the show is lacking any stable couple in that age bracket. Bope filled that void until Peter decided to leave during contract re-negotiations. and Jarlena got ruined as a result of the Kristen storyline. Kayla, Roman, Hope, & Marlena are all essentially single, Kate is now single, and Jen/Dan act like children, so there's no way Dannifer could ever be the stable "parental couple", so to speak. the only "long-term" couples on the show right now are EJami, Wilson, & Magic (though who knows if they'll last much longer). None of those 3 couples fit in the age group that Shane & Kim would. |

I loved the moment in today's show when Roman, Caroline, Kayla, and Hope were standing together, arms around each other, looking hopeful as Shane and Kim left the pub. It's nice to see all of them together working toward a cause, which is to get Theresa on the right road, or at least try to do so. I would have loved to see more scenes of the ladies getting together trying to figure out a way to help her before, but they neglected to do that. There was this comment that Jennifer once made that she'd had lunch with Caroline, Hope, and Kayla and they'd discussed how Theresa was doing on the job, and I thought it was a shame that they didn't SHOW those scenes. |

There was also some Hope/Jen conversation that was mentioned but now shown. I'd rather actually SEE these things than see Sami play lightsabers with Johnny or any other random unneccesary scene. |

Me too...but I must confess that I thought the Johnny/Harold light sabre scene was darling! You could do a GIF of my moment, maybe? Please? |
