It's nice to see how happy Will is for Gabi to give up on her dreams and possibly the only chance she has to pursue them.
Way to go, dude.
He's his mother's son. You see he wasn't upset about Sonny giving up his life, either. Although, with the dynamic Sonny established - even before they were a couple - I can see Will expecting Sonny deciding to drop everything and go to NYC, which, of course, he did.
I could see Will being happy that he doesn't have to move away and drag Sonny with him, but he was a little too happy too quickly. It just seemed a little tacky to me. He could have at least hid his happiness for a couple of more minutes before rushing to bear hug Gabi, lol. Honestly, though, Wilson & Gabi should just move to NY. They're too young to be wasting their lives in Salem. Will would have more opportunities to get a job as a writer in NY, Gabi would have more modeling opportunities, and Sonny could honestly do whatever her wants. Open a nightclub, be a lawyer, whatever those three could actually be successful if they would just leave Salem behind.
Couldn't Will's reaction be just enormous relief that his baby girl won't be taken away from him? That the lives of everyone he loves wont be thrown into upheaval. The day has been an emotional roller coaster for him. The thing that annoyed me was that Gabi was clearly distraught and wilson were completely oblivious to it.

ETA: And for all they know, she could have been distraught from all the soul searching she was doing on whether to leave town or not. All of them have been distraught the past 24 hours over the possible move.

What? When? I totally missed that! It was at the end of the crackhouse scene. Brady was alone & the camera zoomed in on the baggie of white powder & what looked to be a pipe then we see a hand snatch them up and we cut to another scene. We didn't see Brady's face in the shot, but I'm certain it was his hand.

What's up with Hope and her holier than thou attitude ?? wasn't she the one going around Salem knocking men out and stealing their wallets ?? I think Ciara should remind her ever so often maybe that would calm her down a bit . Or is it that she is a total :biatch: because Bo ran off and left her. NT Hope is not the same person as Hope. No one blames Hope for what NT Hope did because NT Hope was an alter-ego created by a bad reaction to sleeping pills. As for Bo, he didn't run off & leave her. Every indication we've gotten (though somewhat few & far between) tells us that Bo & Hope are still together. Right now, Bo is undercover.

The past few days have been an emotional roller coaster for him. If he was moving to NY to be with Ari then clearly she wasn't being taken away from him. The only person who's life would really be upheaved is Sonny. Even then it was by his own choice to move away with Will.
I don't think it's all that fair for Sonny in this case, but he continually chooses to stand by Will and whatever drama is in his life so if he wants to pick up and move to NY with his BF or do the long distance thing instead of breaking it off then that's his choice I suppose.

I like how you say "baggie" like it was something small and minimal and not a double-sized ziplock freezer bag full of washing powder.

While Gabi had everything planned out for her and ready to go, Will would still have to make a lot of arrangements to move his life. He hadn't even run the idea by Gabi yet to see how she felt about it. It killed him to be away from Ari for a week. He just go through saying even a few hours was tough.

That's how I've always viewed NT Hope. Plus, she willingly went to jail to pay for her crimes. not to mention. When Hope found out that her physical body was responsible for the crimes, she blamed herself & felt she deserved to be punished, even though people like Bo & Justin tried to convince her to use the side effects of the sleeping pill as her defense. She wouldn't hear of it & pleaded guilty, even though she had no memory of committing any crime. It's only because Bo managed to work some magic & get a few people to testify at Hope's hearing that she got a 2 year sentence, not the 10 years from the original plea bargain. I don't think Hope truly began to forgive herself until Bo broke her out of prison & they had the talk at the cabin.

Here are the Hope/EJ and Hope/Brady clips. The drugs are taken at the very end.
It seems, though, that the hand swooped in from the other side?

EJ to Sami, "Where have you been, young lady?" :puke:
They have him say that a lot and I can't stand it. Yeah. It's so patronizing. Whether she acts like it or not, she is a grown woman.

I never knew University Park was so close to Salem River since it's supposed to be right across the street from University Hospital.
Has anyone ever drawn out a map of Salem? Surely there's some super geek out there who has done that. Prevuze had one on their website, I think. But, that one might be outdated now.
