I apologize if this has been posted before. It's the first time I saw it. Also, not sure where it would go. They also mention Judi Evans as Bonnie/Adrienne. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=czDtnBXSMKY& ------------------- Full 11min Interview http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJf0fNGqPAg I run hot and cold on the nuWill. I liked him last week but thought he was rather stiff in the christening stuff. Edited by Miss Rhi, Jan 25 2014, 06:48 PM.

This would have 100% spoiled Friday's ending, since Nick was supposed to be dead before Guy took over. Interesting that you just found it. And yeah, aside from his scene with Gabi dressing Ari, GW did seem stiffer this week. Edited by Keith, Jan 25 2014, 06:24 PM.

If you go to this accounts other videos (there's only like 5) it has the whole 11 minute+ interview with Blake. Its pretty interesting. I love how he seems to totally adore Rachel Melvin. I want Chelsea back now! Nick is gonna be even more "evil" in the coming weeks, but I would like to see Chelsea come back and how they would play that dynamic. I also enjoy his love of Lauren Koslow. She wouldn't really have been my pick to direct an episode, but it might turn out interesting. Actually my pick to direct an episode would probably be Blake himself. I don't think Blake Berris knows who Judi Evans is :O. How is that possible?? lol ETA : Yeah I think Blake is on his way out again so I really want to just enjoy him terrorizing everyone and I hope he doesn't die. He seemed to want to announce his exit, but decided not to. If he was still there I doubt he would say, "I don't think I'm allowed to say yet." Blake's dream ending for the Nick is him blowing his brains out. That would usually bother me, but that's a fitting end for the character, IMO. Edited by DiMera87, Jan 25 2014, 06:34 PM.

Love that as well. they've always been good friends, still are. I really wanted them to bring back Chelsea while Nick is on. That dynamic would be funny to see since the roles are reversed as Nick is the one on the wrong side of the law. |

I haven't watched the video, but I'm glad that it still sounds like all signs are pointing to him leaving for good in the coming months. And what a coincidence -- I'd also love to see Nick blow his brains out. Then I'd never have to worry about seeing the horrible, bigoted character again, and none of the good characters on this show who have been forced into his orbit for far too long would have to be responsible for his death. |

Eh, he's not that great, IMO -- he's okay, but there are much better actors in the cast (and he never could hold a candle to Chandler Massey in my book). I know that many people here disagree with me, and that's fine. Actually, I'd say that the show's top three fan-favorite actors, according to this site, are my top three least-favorite actors -- Blake Berris, James Scott, and Greg Vaughan -- so I'm used to being in the minority here. Anyway, Blake just doesn't do much for me, and I absolutely despise his character (which has nothing to do with his acting skills and everything to do with the way that the character is being written; any other actor could play the role and make people hate the character just as much), so if he does indeed leave the show in the near future, I won't miss him for even a moment. I enjoy the show much more when I don't have to put up with Nick. |

I didn't watch the full interview until now and it makes me sad that Blake is probably leaving again. Nick is an absolutely horrid yet amazing villain. I can't stand how he treats everybody else but yet I love how he keeps them on their toes with his mind games. On top of it all Blake is a brilliant actor and his leaving would be a loss for Days. |

Personally, I like the actor but I really hate the character. It's written in a lazy way, as a master of all trades, a genius without any limits. He's a scientist with an unparalleled medical knowledge that enabled him to come up with a cure for a rare disease. But wait, he's a cosmetic chemist, who can whip out a formula after a formula without a need for a lab. But that's not all, he's also a computer genius, and knows the criminal law and family law better than two lawyers. In his spare time he also outsmarts every single person, including a supposed criminal mind like EJ, and a woman like Kate who was scheming way before he was born. He's a smarmy, bigoted asshole who managed to deal with all of his nastiness and homophobia towards Will because he said he was sorry. Then ten minutes later he was scheming to separate Will from his daughter. The show did a terrible job dealing with the homophobia aspect of Nick's character. For months, they had him practically read the position statements from Focus on the Family about gays and children without any challenge. They even had Will struggling with that view and believing that his daughter was better off with a mother and a father (even if the father was a convicted killer), than with him. No one said to Nick, even once, if being raised by a mother and father guaranteed well adjusted kids, why are you so screwed up? I really I am not looking forward to Nick victimizing Will and Sonny again and outsmarting everyone else. Edited by Kaha, Jan 26 2014, 07:18 PM.
