Ej cheated, Abby is single, but she's the one being called out. It's all very logical ... :)
I find most of the complaints about this storyline very offensive. Its Abby is a skank, whore... etc... all because she had sex with two men who were brothers within months of each other. Two men? Within five months? She's such a slut! Add on to that the argument that EJ's cheating is obviously Sami's fault. Her job is to give him her body whenever calls for it without complaints or arguments. Obviously EJ is cheating because she failed him. Even when some talk about EJ being a pedophile its written as if its Abby the child's fault that EJ the old man is molesting her. Its creepy. Its weird. And its never EJ's fault. Why blame the man when there's a woman there to carry the blame.
Maybe it would help if it wasn't a constant circle of emotions she portrays. Oh man, I'm desperate for your sex.....to woe is me what have I done, ......wanton woman to childish little girl. She needs to make up her mind who she is. What do you mean? Her reaction is all those things. It's shocked that she is capable of an "affair" to feeling guilt about it to liking it to giving into the the lust to having a WTF reaction again. Seems perfectly reasonable to me given the "good" character or whatever she is. Why does she have to feel one way about it?

Is she an adult or child, either own it or realize it's toxic.

I find it amazing that some people are seemingly equating a woman that is petite as being a child. She is a grown woman! She doesn't have a lot of experience and so I see mixed emotions as totally normal. But come on people just because a grown woman is petite doesn't mean a man wanting her is a wrong. DUH If the actress playing Abigail were 5'7" no one would be saying stuff like that.

Is she an adult or child, either own it or realize it's toxic. meh. I don't want to hear "I am not going to tell Hope" anymore, but for her to feel rattled and, yes, go through similar emotions is no big deal to me. The situation kinda changes with the Coven continuing to put pressure on EJ to "handle Abigail" and then Nick coming back and complicating things more...I dunno, it wouldn't make sense if Abby were all in without feeling surprised by her own behavior and feelings. She is owning that she likes EJabby sex, at least so far I think she is, but it's also a novel experience for her so some sorting-out is going to happen. I don't think she's under any obligation to feel one way about her actions, at least not at this nascent point.

Which I also don't think carries much weight considering how childish and stupid Sami has been acting lately. Abby's been portrayed as being pretty damn hot as far as I can tell lately.

Is she an adult or child, either own it or realize it's toxic. Wait a minute, wait a minute. The last time, it was EJ who followed her into the storage room. It was EJ who locked the damn door. It was EJ who stopped her from leaving. It was EJ who pulled her close. It was EJ who started touching her. It was EJ who kissed her.
I can get with Abby's part in this affair, but it's not all on her to STOP THE AFFAIR. EJ is taking initiative all on his own to sleep with her. And I believe it's EJ who is confusing her on it.

Blame the show. They haven't come up with a cute name for EJ's penis otherwise I'm sure he'd be made fun of too. #GoldMember #GoldFinger
Nah, I'm afraid the double standards are here to stay.
I've called Ej a whore, dimwit, home wrecker too but they're aren't neatly packaged references made on the show about him which is where the double standard would originate. Yes! It's totally possible to disapprove of the actions of both the cheater and the person who chose to sleep with someone who they knew was supposed to be committed to someone else. And there's nothing wrong with a little off color humor.

I find it fascinating that I didn't hear this back when Sami was a whore for sleeping with three guys in short succession, but anyway, I disagree that that comment falls under any of those categories, or that borderline offensive things can't also be funny.

I don't have a problem with words like slut and whore. I don't think they are shameful things. Some of my best friends are sluts. Kate was a whore, I think it's a source of strength for her.

I am just glad we won and stopped the OLTL loonies! I honestly would normally not care about some dumb internet poll, LOL...but their smarmy attitudes pushed me into my own cray last night. HAHA! Well, you dragged me with you.I felt like an idiot constantly voting but I had to do it so as to not let the home team down.Happy it worked out for Days.I love the show so much right now I want it to win everything in sight so they feel motivated to keep doing what they are doing.

I want to needlessly remind everyone that actor bashing, character bashing, and foul language are all allowed here.
It's fine if you disagree with something being said. You're more than welcome to say so and say why. But mocking and dismissing people who disagree with you aren't okay.
Do you know what the hot topic last year at this time was? It was whether or not Sami was a slut. Look. Agree or disagree. No one here has a moral high ground. We mock what we hate and defend what we like. People aren't crazy just because they disagree with you about a fictional character (not that I'm denying that there's some crazy ;)). Just calm down and discuss the show. It's no fun to discuss with people who all think the same. If that's your idea of a good board, you belong on a fanbase board. There's nothing wrong with that.
I will make one final slightly OT plea. Please read other people's posts. I can't be the only one tired of repeating myself just because people with a dissenting opinion would rather make assumptions about what I think rather than just read what I think. This is a discussion board. Discuss.

The problem with those words isn't that they exist. It's that the definition needs to be expanded to include both sexes. I'm hoping Sami calls EJ a dimwitted home wrecking whore when she finds out. To me the terms are unisex. I also want her to tell Ej she's leaving Sydney's Barbie Dream House so that Abby has something to play with when she's over.
